"This is a gorgeous house! Very well shocked, especially the kitchen. We stayed Thanksgiving week. The only issues we had was the A/C was preset to 78 degrees, way too warm for us. It would allow u to turn it down but eventually it returned to 78. It got old int the middle of the night waking up in a pool of sweat.
We had issues with the hot tub heating up. It was suppose to reach 102 degrees. The highest it ever reached was 100 the first 2 days. After that it kept getting lower and lower and the last day was in the 80's. Called for maintenance and they came out but it didn't get fixed by the time our trip was over. That was a bummer for us because the hot tub was one of the main reasons we rented this house.
Overall I would stay here again. Beautiful house in a beautiful location!"

"The condo was wonderful we really enjoyed it. For some reason there weren't any wash clothes in the condo, not sure what happened to them.
The beach was absolutely beautiful!! Our only disappointment was the pool area. You are not permitted to bring your own drinks or food if their grille is open. When you have a family and picky eaters it is so much nicer and easier to be able to pack your own drinks and/or food. And for a grille that doesn't offer full liquor and not be able to bring our own drinks in, we thought they could be a little more flexible."

"Me and my family spent the last 4 days at this property and it's been fantastic. The house is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It was about a 5 minute walk to Butler Beach, which is a fantastic beach. There was no seaweed and the sand was soft and white. The beds are super comfortable and so was the big couch in the living room. There were only a few things I didn't like about the property: there is very limited driveway space and you have to drive over grass to get to the actual driveway pad. The second is that the A1A is actually a pretty busy road. It was hard to cross the street to go to Redfrog and McToads (a great restaurant by the way) because there was so much traffic. Finally, the house was not stocked with very much. You get silverware, plates, bowls and a few pots and pans. We had to go buy simple things like a wine bottle opener and toilet paper. Other than that we really enjoyed the property."

"The house is great, very spacious, good floor plan and big kitchen, great location right on the beach. However, a big damper on our stay was the large couch in the living room, from which the feathers are constantly shedding from the inside - the feathers are sharp, and it feels like you are having acupuncture when you sit on the couch - the feathers cover your clothes and the floor of the whole living room. The couch needs to be recovered or replaced."
