  • Great views

"Size of the condo was excellent, as were the views! Large kitchen, plenty of seating in the common areas. Decor was nice as well. It was a very short walk to the beach, the beach was very clean & quiet. The pool & splash pad for children were an added bonus within the complex, a longer walk from the location of the condo if you have small children you may want to drive & park. The only negative thing I would have to say about the condo is regarding the convertible couch, it is fine seating as a couch however the bed function should you need it is in very poor condition & we ended up having to purchase an air mattress, & there were no sheets provided for that bed so we had to purchase those as well. A minor issue & in the grand scheme of things, we had a fantastic time & would stay again. The complex is within a mile or so of a Publix, which is also very convenient, and it's just a half hours drive up a scenic coast to old town St Augustine, with many good restaurants, stores, & attractions. One of our favorite restaurants ended up being Redfrog & Mctoads, just north up A1A ( a 15 min drive) & has won "taste of St Augustine" for several of their dishes, including yuengling beer battered fish & chips--yum! Cellar 6 (downtown St Augustine) has excellent filet, & we loved the baked brie drizzled with raspberry sauce. It also has a great wine selection. If you drink alcohol & you're in the mood to check out a unique hole-in-the-wall experience, check out the Monk's Vineyard for authentic pirate's grog & mead (honey wine). A lot of locals hang out here, & the shop owner is a very interesting personality."

  • Needs a new couch

"The house is great, very spacious, good floor plan and big kitchen, great location right on the beach. However, a big damper on our stay was the large couch in the living room, from which the feathers are constantly shedding from the inside - the feathers are sharp, and it feels like you are having acupuncture when you sit on the couch - the feathers cover your clothes and the floor of the whole living room. The couch needs to be recovered or replaced."

  • Pleanty of Room

"My family (5 adults) spent a week at Cinnamon Beach again this year. 3 beds and baths meant we all had private space. Condo is nicely furnished, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen. There is nice parking under the building. Easy walk to both pools and beach. Living Room furniture will need to be replaced soon, springs are almost gone. A 2nd lounge chair or extra foot stool on porch would be nice. Overall, great experience!"

  • Wonderful

"My college friends and I had a reunion and only stayed for 2 nights. The house was beautifully maintained and well stocked. The pool and beach are very close and there were enough towels and linen for everyone. All the bathrooms have bar soap (no shampoo). Hand soap was also available as well as dish washing soap and a dish rag. The HOA is rather strict so max overnight guests are 12, we went to the lap pool by the beach and it was a "quiet" pool with it's own set of rules as well. Steve was wonderful to work with. Our friends had a wonderful trip of catching up. We didn't check out any of the restaurants near by, but there is a Publix not far that we went to a few times to pick up ingredients. Thank you very much for a memorable trip."
