  • Beautiful

"The condo is beautiful and the view is breath taking. It has a well stocked kitchen for cooking and the furniture is very comfortable. It is very quiet and peaceful with a unique beach. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again."

  • Perfect location

"We stayed here over July 4th - 3 couples. The house is nicely laid out, with lots of space to relax and a good sized kitchen. They have chairs and umbrella's to borrow for the beach. Only downside of the layout is one couple got single beds. Location is perfect - 5 ish mins walk to the beach, 3 mins to Publix for supplies and two bars / restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We loved Hammocks Wine Bar. JT's was awful, but then maybe it just isn't our thing. And the beach was great - not crowded, water was perfect. Ideal for kids as very shallow. Driving wise Plam Coast is 10 mins, Flagler 15 and St. Augustine 25. An Uber XL to St.A is $60, $40 back if you are making a night of it."

  • Family Vacation

"This place was absolutely picture perfect. We enjoyed this unit especially. Very clean and spacious. There were seven of us and I never once felt crowded, large rooms, kitchen, dining, even the balcony was very roomy. It was right on the beach , very easy access to the pool and beach area. Even if it rained there was a parking garage that was right there so you didn't wet at all. This beach is very private from all the hype of typical Florida and tourism. It's a very safe gated and security monitored place. There is even a very large quiet pool that my in laws raved about. They didn't have to worry with small children jumping and splashing on them, since the are elderly. They were able to enjoy and feel safe and secure this entire trip here. It was relaxing and exciting for my teens as well. We took a short drive to tour St Augustine with them. The beach had plenty of wildlife from dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays, jelly fish. My son and husband were able to enjoy fishing right off shore here with out worry about hundreds of people getting in the way. The pool provides drinks, and food serviced right to you even beachside throughout the day, or your unit is so close just head back to it and enjoy cooking for yourself. We took advantage of both. All resteraunts are with in 5 miles driving distance. We enjoyed eating at Hooligans, Carrabaes, Outback Steakhouse, and Salt Life. All the food was over expected experiences. Everything was perfectly cooked from the fish, chicken steak and even Sushi. I really enjoyed this vacation the most!"

  • Great location! Not crowded at all!

"We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon beach and we loved the location. The beach was very close, 3 minute walk and we were on the sand. The pool was very kid-friendly too. The condo was comfortable and the balcony was huge. We enjoyed eating all of our meals outside and enjoying the evening breeze. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for sleeping, eating, and lounging. The washer and drier were very nice to have so we could keep beach towels dry at all times. The ONLY thing I wished the condo had was more bath towels. I was frequently washing bath towels because we were all showering a couple times a day since we were enjoying so much beach time! Bring a boogie board - the waves are just the right size for the kids to have some fun "surfing". Publix was only about a 5 minute drive and was very convenient to get to. The Flagler beach area was a quick drive and we enjoyed exploring some of the fun places for dinner. Our favorite was Sally's for ice cream. The locals were very friendly and happy to offer great recommendations."
