  • Fantastic Views

"Our family vacations in condos often, and this one was one of the best. The condo was immaculately cleaned prior to our arrival with very nice furniture and large rooms. The owner was courteous and always available for phone calls about questions or concerns. We liked the safety and convenience of the parking garage. 15 minutes to the south, the town of Palm Coast had all the stores anyone would need, and 15 minutes to the north, St. Augustine offered a world of attractions and history. The walk to the beach from the condo was 5 minutes tops. We swam at the beach and in the pools, visited the local parks, Marineland, and St. Augustine, and even fished off the inter-coastal waterway dock across from the condo. But the best thing was the views. Just fantastic. From the roofed balcony of this 4th floor condo, the views of the ocean were amazing. We took almost all our meals on the balcony, listening to the crashing waves and watching the pelicans and dolphins. And from the entry side of the condo, we watched the beautiful sunsets over the inter-coastal. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Great condo, great location, and oh those great views."

  • Great views

"Size of the condo was excellent, as were the views! Large kitchen, plenty of seating in the common areas. Decor was nice as well. It was a very short walk to the beach, the beach was very clean & quiet. The pool & splash pad for children were an added bonus within the complex, a longer walk from the location of the condo if you have small children you may want to drive & park. The only negative thing I would have to say about the condo is regarding the convertible couch, it is fine seating as a couch however the bed function should you need it is in very poor condition & we ended up having to purchase an air mattress, & there were no sheets provided for that bed so we had to purchase those as well. A minor issue & in the grand scheme of things, we had a fantastic time & would stay again. The complex is within a mile or so of a Publix, which is also very convenient, and it's just a half hours drive up a scenic coast to old town St Augustine, with many good restaurants, stores, & attractions. One of our favorite restaurants ended up being Redfrog & Mctoads, just north up A1A ( a 15 min drive) & has won "taste of St Augustine" for several of their dishes, including yuengling beer battered fish & chips--yum! Cellar 6 (downtown St Augustine) has excellent filet, & we loved the baked brie drizzled with raspberry sauce. It also has a great wine selection. If you drink alcohol & you're in the mood to check out a unique hole-in-the-wall experience, check out the Monk's Vineyard for authentic pirate's grog & mead (honey wine). A lot of locals hang out here, & the shop owner is a very interesting personality."
