  • Needs a new couch

"The house is great, very spacious, good floor plan and big kitchen, great location right on the beach. However, a big damper on our stay was the large couch in the living room, from which the feathers are constantly shedding from the inside - the feathers are sharp, and it feels like you are having acupuncture when you sit on the couch - the feathers cover your clothes and the floor of the whole living room. The couch needs to be recovered or replaced."

  • Nicest place we have found in Palm Coast!

"We live close enough to make Palm Coast a regular beach vacation, and have rented many Cinnamon Beach condos over the years. This was our favorite, the furnishings, kitchen items, appliances and linens are new, the bedding is very comfortable, and the location right near walkway to beach was as close as you could get. View was great on the large corner unit. More than enough room for a family. Amenity centers very nice. Can't think of anything I would recommend!"

  • Family Vacation

"This place was absolutely picture perfect. We enjoyed this unit especially. Very clean and spacious. There were seven of us and I never once felt crowded, large rooms, kitchen, dining, even the balcony was very roomy. It was right on the beach , very easy access to the pool and beach area. Even if it rained there was a parking garage that was right there so you didn't wet at all. This beach is very private from all the hype of typical Florida and tourism. It's a very safe gated and security monitored place. There is even a very large quiet pool that my in laws raved about. They didn't have to worry with small children jumping and splashing on them, since the are elderly. They were able to enjoy and feel safe and secure this entire trip here. It was relaxing and exciting for my teens as well. We took a short drive to tour St Augustine with them. The beach had plenty of wildlife from dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays, jelly fish. My son and husband were able to enjoy fishing right off shore here with out worry about hundreds of people getting in the way. The pool provides drinks, and food serviced right to you even beachside throughout the day, or your unit is so close just head back to it and enjoy cooking for yourself. We took advantage of both. All resteraunts are with in 5 miles driving distance. We enjoyed eating at Hooligans, Carrabaes, Outback Steakhouse, and Salt Life. All the food was over expected experiences. Everything was perfectly cooked from the fish, chicken steak and even Sushi. I really enjoyed this vacation the most!"

  • Great views

"Size of the condo was excellent, as were the views! Large kitchen, plenty of seating in the common areas. Decor was nice as well. It was a very short walk to the beach, the beach was very clean & quiet. The pool & splash pad for children were an added bonus within the complex, a longer walk from the location of the condo if you have small children you may want to drive & park. The only negative thing I would have to say about the condo is regarding the convertible couch, it is fine seating as a couch however the bed function should you need it is in very poor condition & we ended up having to purchase an air mattress, & there were no sheets provided for that bed so we had to purchase those as well. A minor issue & in the grand scheme of things, we had a fantastic time & would stay again. The complex is within a mile or so of a Publix, which is also very convenient, and it's just a half hours drive up a scenic coast to old town St Augustine, with many good restaurants, stores, & attractions. One of our favorite restaurants ended up being Redfrog & Mctoads, just north up A1A ( a 15 min drive) & has won "taste of St Augustine" for several of their dishes, including yuengling beer battered fish & chips--yum! Cellar 6 (downtown St Augustine) has excellent filet, & we loved the baked brie drizzled with raspberry sauce. It also has a great wine selection. If you drink alcohol & you're in the mood to check out a unique hole-in-the-wall experience, check out the Monk's Vineyard for authentic pirate's grog & mead (honey wine). A lot of locals hang out here, & the shop owner is a very interesting personality."
