  • Loved The View

"This unit has a perfect view of the golf course and the ocean plus the beach walk over was right next to the building. The high ceilings makes this unit feel open and spacious. We had everything we needed including nice patio furniture. We enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs within walking distance. Walking the beautiful Cinnamon Beach was our favorite pass time. Noel was very easy to work with and we look forward to returning."

  • Great views

"Size of the condo was excellent, as were the views! Large kitchen, plenty of seating in the common areas. Decor was nice as well. It was a very short walk to the beach, the beach was very clean & quiet. The pool & splash pad for children were an added bonus within the complex, a longer walk from the location of the condo if you have small children you may want to drive & park. The only negative thing I would have to say about the condo is regarding the convertible couch, it is fine seating as a couch however the bed function should you need it is in very poor condition & we ended up having to purchase an air mattress, & there were no sheets provided for that bed so we had to purchase those as well. A minor issue & in the grand scheme of things, we had a fantastic time & would stay again. The complex is within a mile or so of a Publix, which is also very convenient, and it's just a half hours drive up a scenic coast to old town St Augustine, with many good restaurants, stores, & attractions. One of our favorite restaurants ended up being Redfrog & Mctoads, just north up A1A ( a 15 min drive) & has won "taste of St Augustine" for several of their dishes, including yuengling beer battered fish & chips--yum! Cellar 6 (downtown St Augustine) has excellent filet, & we loved the baked brie drizzled with raspberry sauce. It also has a great wine selection. If you drink alcohol & you're in the mood to check out a unique hole-in-the-wall experience, check out the Monk's Vineyard for authentic pirate's grog & mead (honey wine). A lot of locals hang out here, & the shop owner is a very interesting personality."

  • Wonderful Week

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Surf Club I. We have been to the Saint Augstine area on vacation 12-15 times. This is the first time we stayed this far south. We loved it! The complex is wonderful and the unit is very comfortable. The outdoor living space is a real treat. Thanks for a great week!"

  • Serendipity

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is absolutely stunning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a wine fridge. The elevator also proved to be very useful. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. I hosted a family reunion and heard nothing but praise regarding the house. The neighborhood is also very quiet and private and it was a very short walk to the beach. My husband and I would love to rent this house again!"
