  • A step back into the past

"We rented this cottage for our son and his family who were joining us for a week at St Augustine during the Christmas holidays. The cottage has a charming atmosphere. This is a unique cottage that retains an much earlier time period look. From the abundant stained original woodwork to the details of the skeleton key knobs on the interior doors, this cottage whispers home instead of staying in a sterile hotel room."

  • R&R getaway

"Rented the house for a little get away. The house was great! Not only was it nice, but it was close to everything! Downtown was 2.5 miles away and the stores literally 5 min. away. Another plus was that they were pet friendly. I would definitely definitely would recommend staying here!"

  • Very nice place near downtown St. Augustine

"We recently stayed here, and this is one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever seen. It is very well appointed. The location was perfect for us. We enjoy downtown St. Augustine, and it was only a couple of blocks - very nice walk. We like to cook our own meals, and the kitchen was perfect. Everything is brand new. The furniture is top quality and very high end. The bed was extremely comfortable. We also really enjoyed the backyard with the fire pit. We will definitely stay here again."

  • Beautiful!

"You cannot beat the view! We stayed 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The owner was very responsive to our questions and took care of the little things that needed to be addressed. The living area was much larger than the pictures depict, which was a pleasant surprise. My three kids slept on the two full sized futons and the twin sized roll away bed in the living area. My husband and I were very happy with the large bedroom downstairs. The downstairs bathroom has been nicely upgraded although there is no outlet. But it wasn't a huge deal and I could do my hair in the bedroom with the large mirror over the dresser. The upstairs bed/bath/kitchenette worked well for my parents and provided just the right amount of privacy for each of our families. It resembled a hotel room with it's own key access. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys and bugie boards for the kids. Overall, if you are looking for a 5 star hotel kind of thing, this may not suit your tastes. It was more like visiting your grandparents house. Some things were a little well loved but working fine. The last piece of advice is to bring/purchase toilet paper and trash bags. We were not left any extra, just what was already lining the trash can or already on the roll."
