  • Old Florida charm

"We looked at several homes in/around St. Augustine. The pull of the beach was strong, but the charm of this house won. No idea when this house was updated, but everything was done very well. Comfortable home with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We ate out most of the time, but did cook one meal, and we had what we needed as far as pots/pans, dishes, etc. We shared the house a couple nights with friends, and they researched the brand of mattress on one of the beds, because they slept so well! It's an easy walk to the shopping district, Flagler College, the old fort, and restaurants. We only drove to the beach. It's an older neighborhood and quiet. Annette was very attentive - she gave us suggestions of places to eat, what to see, where to grocery shop, what to avoid...and even sent us texts during our stay to check on things (not at all to an annoying point - just helpful). Easy to get in touch with her with any questions we had. Having grown up in the Tampa area, all the souvenirs and memorabilia in the house were familiar and brought back lots of memories. Very comfortable stay for four adults (most of the time it was just two of us). Wifi, cable tv, AC, really nothing lacking. If you aren't set on staying at the beach and want to be close to historic St. Augustine, I highly recommend this charming home."

  • "Wonderful place to stay!”

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mary (Lisa’s mom). She informed us of all the area had to offer, and gave us advice on where to eat. We had a wonderful time, and enjoyed the fact we could use the kitchen to make our own meals. The place was beyond our expectations; the location is perfect close to everything. The unit is so cute and cozy, very clean … it has everything you might need for your stay. Mary is so lovely and helpful. She couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating; would definitely stay here again."

  • One of the best stays for a relaxing vacation!

"This condo was amazing, the pictures are good but do not do it justice. The condo is so nicely and elegantly decorated, comfortable and convenient. There is an on site spa that's amazing and the pool out the window is awesome! A nice dip in the pool and hot tub was just what we needed after a day around. The condo is equipped with everything you need and more! I can't believe the price, you will not expect to get what you do for so inexpensive! The owner was nice and easy to work. You will not regret your stay. I'll definitely be back!"

  • Clean and comfortable at a good rate.

"The house was great. Everything worked and staying there was relaxing. The only negatives were that the fireplace and hot tub are disabled during rentals. We have rented many other places where these features are working, so it was a bit disappointing, like they thought we could not be trusted to operate a fireplace or a hot tub. Most people who are able to pay three thousand dollars for a week are probably smart enough to do so. But we enjoyed our stay, and that's what's important."
