  • Beautiful condo with spectacular views.

"We had the most amazing time. Everything was great! This was the first year that my children brought friends to the beach with us and there was more than enough space for everyone. We will definitely be back in the future."

  • Wonderful peaceful beach home!

"My family and I stayed a week at this lovely home. The decor, plush towels, the beds, kitchen items... just all that you can ask for in a home away from home. The back yard is large and in the morning I enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels come to the fig tree and see rabbits hopping around in the grass. The neighborhood is peaceful, no traffic sounds even though the house is close to A1A. There are coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards to use. The only things missing are beach towels and a beach umbrella. I bought the latter and then had to go buy an anchor for it because the wind was strong on the beach. However, the waves were excellent and the water warm. And, I left the beach umbrella so there is one available now! The owners are friendly and very easy to reach by text for questions. I highly recommend the house!"

  • Day Seas'd!

"Dear Erin Steinbach and family, Fun filled, relaxing, and endless days on the gorgeous Cresent beach were just a short walk away. And when we were ready to come in from that, there was a clean, comfortable, COOL, and cozy condo waiting for us. We enjoyed the convenience of the well stocked kitchen every day as we grilled on the convenient community grills and cooked everything else inside the condo; we didn't have to buy any utensils. Thanks for the use of the beach chairs, they saved us money, too. The kiddos also enjoyed being conveniently located by the pool. We met plenty of new friends in the adjacent buildings that were always friendly enough to strike up a conversation with. Well worth the price of admission! Thanks for making your well named home 'Seas the Day' available to us and we look forward to the next time we return to the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine Fl. Your place makes it easy to do just that: Seas the Day! Recommendation: Two Thumbs Way Up! God Bless. The Griggs"

  • Pleasant Beach House

"We are just finishing up a very pleasant stay at Treasure Chest. We used to live inland near here and come back to see friends and enjoy the beach. This cozy cottage worked very well for entertaining a few friends in casual beach style. The gas grill came in very handy, as did the parking. The kitchen is small but cute and very well stocked. No ice maker but I prefer to buy ice since the water is, uh, Florida water. The umbrella on the deck provided nice shade. The property manager was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. The deck table and chairs are getting a bit rusty (put a towel on your chair) and the deck wood itself is splintering and will need replacement soon. I would not recommend this cottage for small children until that project is done. But it was fine with teens and adults. We wore our flip flops or walked carefully to avoid a cut or splinter. The yard is fenced if you close the gates across the driveway. Also, we were able to use plastic deck chairs to block off part of the deck to allow our terrier to keep us company on the deck. (I wasn't comfortable leaving her unsupervised down below, but that due to her nature, not the property.) Most interior doors don't lock (which bothered my teen when he wanted to change or shower). The view is lovely and the beach uncrowded. The cottage is walking distance or easy drive to Publix and restaurants. I love the location."
