  • The condo itself was perfect! Even better than the description on it on the web site.

"Great family oriented condo. All things needed for a fun filled beach week were there. The sleeping arrangements were even better than the description on the website. There is no single bed/trundle in the 3rd bedroom, but there is a bunk bed setup with the bottom bunk being a full size bed. Much better!! Condo was clean and has great beach/pool accessibility. My only drawback is with the complex itself, not the condo. My family and I found it extremely inconvenient to have to access the beach TO and FROM with an electronic card. In a 3-bedroom condo, that sleeps 8, two cards are not sufficient for a week at the beach. Beach access from complex is really a hassle. Also, with a steep $100 fine for each card if lost, we were constantly worrying and obsessing about who had the cards since we were all going back and forth from beach to pool all week long!"

  • Great stay - no Hurricane damage

"We arrived about a week after Hurricane Mathew, happy to discover that the whole street were the house exists was basically un-touched by the storm. The boardwalk to the beach, the last 30 feet got wiped out, but still can easily access the beach with a slight detour. They are not sure how long it is going to take to get the boardwalk repaired. Contractors have other priorities; other houses in the area, especially about a mile north were not so lucky, a lot of damage, many condemned needing to be torn down. BUT NOTE: the town of St. Augustine was fully up and running, don't be concerned about the town, practically back to pre-storm status with only a few businesses slightly disrupted, we had a great time (as always) touring around the town. We have stayed at Seaside Cottage in the past, had a wonderful time again and plan to return for many years to come !!! The weather was wonderful."

  • Great place to stay. Close to Beach. Property very clean.

"We had a great time staying at F137 Pelican Inlet Condo. It was close to the beach and restaurants. Crescent Beach is beautiful - wide, long, and we were able to drive our car onto it, unpack our beach stuff, and spend the day. The condo was very clean. The master bedroom king-size bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Thanks,"

  • Great house and location!

"Only issue was the laundry room, looks like there is a water leak and smelled dank/mildewy. Plus side, the laundry did not smell like the room."
