"My daughter and I were looking for a place to recharge our batteries before the school year begins and this was the PERFECT location! Sarah and Chad were the most wonderful hosts. Always available and easy to communicate with. The location of the condo is amazing! Just a short walk to the beach. Very secure with guards on the entrance and codes on the gates to get to and from the beach. We exercised each morning and spent a few hours on the beach and then finished the day with some shopping or dinner at local restaurants. We LOVED: The Blue Hen and the Taco Shop in Old City, Casa Maria by the Publix in St. Augustine Beach (Mexican), and Cap's by the Water. We visited Salt Life and Sunset Grille which were good but much more touristee. OK food but better experience. We loved the Outlet stores and the shopping in Old City (to the right of the main square) . Our phone carrier is Verizon Wireless and the connection wasn't always strong in the condo but the wireless system was a big help in staying in communication with our family. I would highly recommend this home!"

"My husband and I rented Ebb Tide from Laurie this past winter and felt so much at home we did not want to leave. It is a lovely and welcoming place. Laurie warmly greeted us and oriented us to the house, the neighborhood , the beautiful beach just a few steps away, and the town itself. She provided bikes for us to ride and many household amenities. Ebb Tide is bright, spacious and cozy all at the same time. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog and for late afternoon reading. We loved the accommodations, perfect for us and large enough for family to visit. We enjoyed the quiet and leisurely life as well as the short stroll to the beautiful beach . We have already booked with Laurie for next winter for a much longer time in our home away from home."

"The place actually looks as it does in the pictures, no hidden surprises... The booking went very well and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should and was well stocked for what you need to stay there and not have to leave if you like. The view from the balcony is a street view, but that isn't a problem for us. Since the beach is drivable, it was more feasible for us to take the car instead of walking. We thoroughly enjoyed it there"
