  • Great stay

"Last minute trip. Great location to beach. St. Augustine puts on a great New Years bash. Beds are comfortable."

  • If you're considering booking, do it!

"Staying at Ebb Tide for my 10 year anniversary was such a lovely and unique experience. Laurie was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. You are literally walking distance from the beach, and just a stone's throw from the bridge to the beach. It takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown Saint Augustine, which felt very fast with the beautiful scenery of the bridge. It took us about 2-5 minutes to get there and it's a pretty private walk. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and pretty private, and we went while it was cloudy and sometimes rainy! Laurie provides beach chairs and umbrellas under the car port, but you might want to bring your own since they're a bit rusted. Word of warning: Don't take your beach umbrella to the beach if the winds are high -- it will invert! lol The house itself reminds me a lot of the Keys (as does Saint Augustine Beach in general), old with charm and well-kept. You might also want to bring your own beach and bath towels as the ones provided are a bit thin and rough. Also, be careful stepping in and out of the shower, as they are not at the same level -- I almost tripped on my way out the first time lol. There is a very convenient fenced-in yard accessible from the master bedroom, and a second bedroom with bunkbeds and twin beds. Having a washer and dryer available at a beach rental is very useful. The access from the carport was one of my favorite features as well, since it gives privacy and covers you if it's raining. I think the pictures don't do the house justice; the main living area is actually much bigger than it appears in the pictures, and was definitely my favorite "spot" to hang out in the house. The neighborhood felt very safe and beachy. There is some construction going on at a nearby house, but you won't hear any noises or be bothered by it at all. You may have trouble planning your trip since you'll find you want to stay on the island a lot, but also go downtown a lot! There were so many things to do. As for restaurants on the actual island, I think SaltLife Food Shack was a bit overrated, but Sunset Grille was excellent, as was a French bakery called Les Petit Pleasures (order the Spinach and Cheese on a croissant and any crepe!), which looks not-so-great from the outside but is truly a hidden gem. Also, Beachcomber was a pleasant surprise -- the carrot cake is amazing! We will definitely be back! Thanks again for everything Laurie!"

  • Great View

"Condo furniture has been updated. Bedding very comfortable. Views from living area, porch and Master Bedroom are exceptional. Nice pool and plenty of elevators. Easy walk through the property to the beach. About 10 minute drive to historic district. Decent restaurants in the area. Would definitely rent again."

  • Cozy cottage!

"Beautiful beachfront condo! Perfect for two! Everything was clean and neat. Had a small problem with air conditioning, but unit was fixed in just a couple hours thanks to Endless Summer Realty!! Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to hurricane Matthew!!! Hope no damage to the unit!! It is truly a gem!!!"
