  • Perfect St. Augustine Property

"We recently stayed in this home on our first trip to St. Augustine. The location was perfect. It is a short walk to restaurants and historic sites, but in a quiet, less traveled area across from the beautiful National Cemetery. The house was well-appointed and the kitchen well-stocked with cookware and dishes. The house had plenty of room for our two almost-grown children to have their own space. We enjoyed eating on the back patio, having a drink on the balcony outside of our bedroom, and viewing historic homes as we walked to and from the central historic district."

  • Spectacular property right on the beach

"We had a wonderful experience in this two bedroom and two bath condo. It was clean and nicely decorated and you can't see the beach from it but literally steps away, maybe 30 or 40 steps to a beautiful private beach. Parking right out the back door which made bringing luggage in and out easy. It has full security 24/7 including pass code at gate to return from the beach. The owners were delightful to deal with and great communicators. We would definately use this property again if staying in the area, about 15 min from the historical stuff and we were glad to not be staying in the busy touristy area."

  • Gorgeous views, well furnished and perfect location for a perfect vacation!

"This was our first visit to the St. Augustine area and we fell in love with this condo immediately. I travelled with my husband, son, and my parents. We had plenty of space and appreciated that the second bedroom offered full sized beds as opposed to twins like some places have. The views cannot be beat and the beautiful beach decor did not go unnoticed. The kitchen is nicely equipped if you enjoy cooking for your family while on vacation. The chairs on the balcony are comfortable to sit and watch the waves just a hundred or so feet from the complex. The manager of this property was easy to work with and provided a wealth of information about the area. We unfortunately had to evacuate due to Hurricane Matthew a few days earlier than we planned to leave, but they graciously worked with us so we were not at a financial loss for our trip, which shows me what great people they are. Some companies would not have been so accommodating. It was perfectly suited for our family, and we plan to return!"

  • Picture Perfect

"This condo was absolutely perfect for my family. I was attending a conference at the Ritz Carlton and didn't think a hotel room would be comfortable for my family of 4 (2 adults, 4 year old and 1 year old). I got lucky when I found this place! Right next door to the Ritz, there is even a sidewalk connecting the 2 properties. There was plenty of room for my little family--the kitchen had everything we needed. If I am ever back in Amelia Island, I will stay here again. Perfection!"
