  • Just as pictured and so much more!

"My husband and I just got back a few days ago and we are already missing it! A wonderful condo and Rev. Noonan was very pleasant to work with. Everything was as pictured on the listing. The location is great because it is close enough that nothing is too far away, but away from the more crowded parts of the beach. We had the beach almost to ourselves the entire week we were there. We didn't really visit the pool until the last day and we were so sad because it was so nice! Laying out next to the pool, shade or sun were both easy to come by. This was our first trip to St. Augustine and we will definitely be returning!"

  • Best Beach ever and we were right on it!

"This house was perfect for us and and our 3 children. Right on the beach, has a nice deep, small pool, lots for the kids to do... a pool table, fuzball and ping pong. The TV's were a little old and the movies did not play well on the DVD players but that was no big deal. The location was incredible and the kids went to surf school. Close by nice restaurants and downtown st. Augustine was a fun outing. We will definitely come back. The beach was just beautiful, waves and pristine sand. The property was clean, we had to call for a repair and they came righto out, check in and out was easy. Viola's restaurant nearby had great pizza and food."

  • Exactly as promised

"The owners were great. Everything was arranged and set up for us, even to having wine and cheese for us on arrival. The condo was exactly as promised with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a generous living room-dining room combination. The kitchen was small, but perfect for our vacation snacks and drinks, as well as my husband's coffee. There were beach chairs and an umbrella and a few toys for the kids to play with on the beach. There were two pools which were nice for the kids. However, the residents for the most part are 55+, which made me a little uncomfortable with my younger kids. There wasn't anything for the kids to do, and very few younger kids around the community and the beach. Part of it, I am sure, was the fact that it was September. Yet, the kids that were there were told what not to do around the pool and community, instead of enjoying being on vacation. Again, the condo was fabulous and the owners were great to work with. I would just not recommend the property for families with smaller, younger kids."

  • Family Vacation

"It was a beautiful house but definitely not for older people, it has a lot of stairs. The house was clean but they need to wash the comforters on all the beds there was a few on them very nasty. There was some rats that was eating our food. when we arrived there was some signs of a rat being on the bed downstairs. Had to clean the water reservoir on the Keurig it had not been cleaned. We had a hard time getting the spa to come on. We tried to use it everyday but only got it to come on 3 days. The house is across the street from the beach but you still have a very nice view. It's very hard to to get to the beach from the house. I Wouldn't rent it again because it was to hard to get down to the beach the signs of rats on the bed and the comforters was nasty."
