  • Nice property, clean and comfortable

"We've been regulars in Saint augustine for the last four years visiting our daughter at Flagler. This time was for graduation. We like island south and found this condo to be perfect for us. Other relatives stayed in the complex as well at another unit we had rented in the past, this one is a little nicer. If you don't know the area, no need to look further, this location is great. On the beach, short drive to downtown, walk to ice cream, and bars. Salt Life is good and take a drive to Vilano for some good restaurants as well. "Crave" is a high end permanently parked waterfront food truck selling the best and freshest wraps and salads you will find anywhere (locals rock it) just south of downtown. Worth seeking out for lunch, just don't tell anyone where it is."

  • Birthday weekend!

"We recently spent a long weekend at this beach house. First of all, the owner was so easy to work with and was very quick to respond. We found the beach house to be just like pictured. It was clean and comfortable. We hosted friends and family for a birthday party and it was more than ideal. The beachfront was so beautiful and clean. There are beach chairs, sand toys, and some beach towels available in the home. It is close to dowtown St. Augustine as well. Publix is within a couple miles as well as Italian, Chinese, and seafood restaurants.I would definitely recommend this home and we will stay there again."

  • Great location for nature lovers

"This beach house at Matanzas Inlet was as described, and met our needs. This was a spacious one bedroom home, perfect for two adults, and we appreciated that it was pet friendly. The decor was unique, with beachy wood carvings. We loved the large deck where you could sit in the sun on the west side in the afternoon sheltered from the onshore breeze or warm up in the morning sun on the south side. We could take a short walk across the road to a beach accessible at low tide, or a long walk/short drive to the beach at Matanzas inlet. There you can choose from the intercoastal side on cooler days, or the ocean side. Both have white sand beaches, and were generally quite quiet. You can walk a loop across the bridge, around the inlet to the ocean, and back. Many shells! The location was halfway in between St. Augustine and Palm Coast, with one restaurant within walking distance, and the nearest other restaurants about six miles away. It took about twenty minutes to drive in to St. Augustine, and the nearest grocery stores were eight to nine miles away, so we spent some time driving. Many nature preserves were nearby, including the River to Sea preserve and Washington Oaks state park. There was walking trail along nearby route 206 as well. We went to the farmers' markets at Marineland on Sunday's and the Ampitheatre on Wednesdays on Anastasia Island. The owners were very helpful, informing us about Kennedy Space Center rocket launches visible from the upper deck, and sharing a catch of fish. We were very comfortable and would rent it again."

  • Fabolous Stay!

"We had a great stay at the condo! The place was beautiful (bedrooms were huge) and accommodated our family wonderfully (2 kids, age 10 and 5). The condo made you feel at home and we enjoyed having all that space compared to staying in a one room hotel. It was nice to be able to cook some meals instead of eating out every night. Kitchen was stocked just right. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse pool almost everyday and it was even hot enough to try out the Las Palmas pool one day. We all enjoyed the short walk to the beach which was very easy to access. My daughter loved to play in the sunroom. Maura and Jonathon were wonderful. We had a little issue with the lock on the door and they were very quick to resolve it. Never once did we feel uneasy. I would definitely recommend this place and we plan on renting again next year!"
