  • Picture perfect vacation spot!

"From the moment we got there we felt like we were on HGTV, or a commercial because everything was in a perfect place, lovely staged and comfortable all at once. Everything was in perfect order in the cupboards, closets, easy to find, there was no need to search or look for anything. We loved the easy walk to the beach, locations of the pool and clubhouse. They even provide luggage carts and grocery carts to take up on the elevator which I appreciated. There are bathrooms in the hall on the first level for you to use if you are in the pool, or coming from the beach. An outside shower by the beach walkway to clean off the sand. The view was gorgeous early morning and moon lite nights! We loved it and saved the information for our next visit. Thanks!"

  • Great location for nature lovers

"This beach house at Matanzas Inlet was as described, and met our needs. This was a spacious one bedroom home, perfect for two adults, and we appreciated that it was pet friendly. The decor was unique, with beachy wood carvings. We loved the large deck where you could sit in the sun on the west side in the afternoon sheltered from the onshore breeze or warm up in the morning sun on the south side. We could take a short walk across the road to a beach accessible at low tide, or a long walk/short drive to the beach at Matanzas inlet. There you can choose from the intercoastal side on cooler days, or the ocean side. Both have white sand beaches, and were generally quite quiet. You can walk a loop across the bridge, around the inlet to the ocean, and back. Many shells! The location was halfway in between St. Augustine and Palm Coast, with one restaurant within walking distance, and the nearest other restaurants about six miles away. It took about twenty minutes to drive in to St. Augustine, and the nearest grocery stores were eight to nine miles away, so we spent some time driving. Many nature preserves were nearby, including the River to Sea preserve and Washington Oaks state park. There was walking trail along nearby route 206 as well. We went to the farmers' markets at Marineland on Sunday's and the Ampitheatre on Wednesdays on Anastasia Island. The owners were very helpful, informing us about Kennedy Space Center rocket launches visible from the upper deck, and sharing a catch of fish. We were very comfortable and would rent it again."

  • This is a fantastic setting in St. Augustine. Very well maintained and secure property.

"We had a family of ten and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our week at this well appointed home. The owner was gracious and very attentive to any needs that we might have had during our stay (we did not have any, since the property was in excellent condition). There are many amenities for a family to enjoy, such as beach chairs, bikes, a grill and other beach items. The pool table was a source of entertainment for our teenage grandchildren. The pool was also an added feature when the weather on the beach was too hot or windy. We would all do it again in a moments notice."
