  • I miss it already

"Beautiful condo, Right on the beach!!!!!!!I didn't want to leave. Condo was small but not cramped. the bed room only had a half wall separating it and the mattress in the bedroom was a little uncomfortable. On the upsides the deck had amazing view of the beach and the ocean. They provided beach towels and other linens. Condo was steps away from public beach access so there was a little added traffic just outside our door but it wasn't a big problem since we stayed outside of peek vacation time. Next time I come to St Augustine I will definitely keep SS6 on my list of places to stay."

  • A step back into the past

"We rented this cottage for our son and his family who were joining us for a week at St Augustine during the Christmas holidays. The cottage has a charming atmosphere. This is a unique cottage that retains an much earlier time period look. From the abundant stained original woodwork to the details of the skeleton key knobs on the interior doors, this cottage whispers home instead of staying in a sterile hotel room."

  • Great House Great Location

"My wife, I and 3 children just returned from a week at the Royal Swan. The house is has a luxury feel with marble, columns, and nice furniture. The bedrooms are large and we had more than enough living space. The detached in-law suite was great for the teenager. We found that we spent much of our time on the inner courtyard next to the pool. The pool itself runs about 4 ft deep and is amply large enough for the children to swim and play. The location near St Augustine allowed for plenty of sightseeing and restaurants are readily available. Beach access is a bit tricky but we were able to drive to one of the many nearby parks. We found the beaches uncrowded and pleasant. There are a lot of lizards about and on the hottest nights, the tree frogs can be a bit loud. The entire area has a Spanish architecture and the community is very well maintained. All in all a great place to visit."

  • Almost Perfect!

"This house is so wonderfully beachy.. Furnishings and decorated touches were spot on. Location is excellent..there is room to accommodate 10, however, there were ONLY 10 bath towels... I don't think anybody wants to stay inside doing laundry everyday . Part of our group flew in so bringing their own bath towels was not an option. The porches are great and if the Oceanside porch had ceiling fans it would have been perfect. the house is so bright and happy... The views are wonderful... We could watch sunrise and sunset from inside this adorable house... Definitely on our list to rent again! Maybe next year the towel problem will be resolved and this will earn five stars!"
