  • Fabolous Stay!

"We had a great stay at the condo! The place was beautiful (bedrooms were huge) and accommodated our family wonderfully (2 kids, age 10 and 5). The condo made you feel at home and we enjoyed having all that space compared to staying in a one room hotel. It was nice to be able to cook some meals instead of eating out every night. Kitchen was stocked just right. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse pool almost everyday and it was even hot enough to try out the Las Palmas pool one day. We all enjoyed the short walk to the beach which was very easy to access. My daughter loved to play in the sunroom. Maura and Jonathon were wonderful. We had a little issue with the lock on the door and they were very quick to resolve it. Never once did we feel uneasy. I would definitely recommend this place and we plan on renting again next year!"

  • Beautiful Pictures! Great views!

"This was the 2nd time we rented this unit & there were some updates. The slider door was replaced, however the picture shows a outdoor umbrella with the table and the umbrella was broken. The refrigerator did not work for the first 2 days so plan on not going to the grocery store for 2 days. The date is 1983 on the refrigerator and it is probably costing them more by not replacing it since it never shuts off. The contact number told us they would be out our first day there & nobody ever showed; said they would come the 2nd day and again nobody ever showed up. Very poor customer service when you are paying a lot of money & expect what you see in the picture. Dissappointed there, feels like they don't care if something does not work, however otherwise love it there!"

  • Windjammer 305 is Great!

"We have visited Windjammer 305 for the past 8 yrs for both weekly & full month vacations. It is a wonderful 'home away from home'. We have an elderly family member, and she is only 5 steps to the elevator & 12 steps to the front door with no stairs to climb (can't do that at home!). The beachfront balcony view every morning, and the intracoastal west balcony views every evening are beautiful. #305 has everything a family will need- full kitchen with extras like slowcooker, mixer, blender, etc. and plenty of dishes, etc., Baths remodeled last yr. are great. Lots of beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Very clean and well maintained condo bldgs., pool & tennis court. Great private fishing dock is a hit with our family too! The owner's are the best! They get right back with you for anything needed. Very near grocery, farmer mkt., restaurants---but just far enough away to be restful and quite!"

  • Best vacation ever, complete perfection

"We spent almost 2 weeks at this beautiful house on the dunes looking out over the Atlantic, that is myself, my husband and our 2 dogs. The house was clean, comfortable and the view was to die for. Everything you needed was provided except your food. It is the ultimate perfect beachouse and I can say that with a lot of confidence as we have been coming to St. Augustine since 2012 twice yearly as I have appointments at Mayo Clinic in JAX and we have stayed in a lot, some twice; however, if this beautiful house survived Hurricane Michael we will be returning time and again as we have found our perfect spot. I was so upset when I saw the destruction from the hurricane that I found the house in the photos and it still stands and I hope to return again next year. We would recommend this house for families or a couple in their late-50s and 60s who like us wants to sit back, feel at home and read; play with our dogs on the beach and enjoy peace and quiet. Our heart breaks for the neighbors on Vilano Beach as it will take years to restore, but we hope we will have the opportunity to rent this beautiful house for years to come. Thank you so much Jennifer for your hospitality and our stay in your piece of paradise. Rhonda, Sam and our 2 4-legged children."
