  • Would definitely book again or refer to a friend

"I along with 12 other individuals booked this town-home for a wedding we were in. The bridal party all wanted to be together and this was the perfect place for that! Plenty of space so we could all be together but also have alone time as well. This was a gated community which made me feel very relaxed and safe. It was nice to only be a few minutes away from the bride a groom's new home as well. Our Property Manager, Summer was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again and I know the rest of a bridal party feels the same!"

  • Perfect place, fair price and excellent service!

"We vacationed in Florida dozens of times, including Amelia Island. This vacation was definitely one of the best ever. The Island got it all: beach, sand, birds, dolphins, marshland and tidal creeks, but also shops, pier, bars, you name it. The condo was perfect, from all perspectives. The Manager (Rhona) was very helpful, flexible and accommodated all our needs. Highey recommended!"

  • Perfect Beach Getaway

"The only reason you will need to leave this well maintained, well stocked, clean home is to get groceries at the Publix, which is a few miles down the road. The view of the ocean from the front decks is beautiful. The walk to the ocean down the sandy road takes one minute. The layout of the home is perfect in that two bedrooms are on the third floor, with the master bedroom, kitchen, and living area on the second floor. We enjoyed eating at Captain's Bar BQ while the little ones played at the playground. We also enjoyed Tapas at the nearby Wine and Cheese and breakfast at Hammock Organics Cafe. If you are a boater or fisherman, you can launch your boat at Bing's Landing into the Intracoastal. Bing's is only 2 miles away. If you want to swim with the dolphins, Marineland is is only 4 miles away. The neighborhood, with single family homes, is safe and quiet. This is "old" Florida at its best."

Flagler is a quiet little town...if you like ice cream you should try the waffle cone!!! I had ice cream every night. Perfect place to stay! We stayed last summer and this one..we will for sure return."
