    "This place is amazing!! Not only is the condo beautifully decorated and will kept, it has everything you could every need during your stay. ALL the comforts of home!! We traveled with an almost 2 year and 9 year old twins and they didn't skip a beat. To me that's huge. After spending the day at the beach or pool (s) it was the prefect place to retreat. Thank you for sharing it with us. We'll be back for sure!!"

  • One of the best spots to vacation on 30A

    "My family and I love Redfish and we love this unit. This is the second time we've stayed in this unit and we've had a great time each trip. Everything was clean and well taken care of it, and it was extremely easy working with the property manager on the booking and pre arrival questions. We can't wait for our trip next summer!"

  • Great time and amazing condo

    "My wife and two kids (3&5) had a wonderful time at the Sanctuary at Redfish. The condo was very nice and well appointed. We were allowed to check-in early and the owners were a breeze to work with. It had plenty of room to spread out and everything we needed/expected to enjoy our stay. I only have two complaints and they are not related to the specific unit, but to the resort as a whole. First complaint: The beach access is not easy unless the boat is available. To get to the beach you either: A)walk. The two walking options were .93 miles and .84 miles. Yes, I measured them. (not an option with kids and coolers): B)canoe (again, not realistic with little kids and coolers, cell phones, etc.): or C)ride the boat. The boat was great when the boat driver was available. We traveled in the fall, and the posted boat hours are from 9-5 with a big sign that also included the terms "based on participation". While it was nice having the place to ourselves, this also meant the boat driver would disappear for long breaks. We began calling/texting the number provided before we left the room to give him some notice, but occasionally got no response, or a response that he would be back in an hour. This isn't really what you want to hear, when you expect this to be your dedicated commute to the beach, especially when the hours are limited. Do not plan on seeing the sunset on the beach unless you want to canoe back or walk in the dark. Second complaint: One of the pools was not working the entire week. This wasn't an issue, since there were three others. But the water did get pretty cloudy and there didn't seem to be a priority be getting it fixed. Other than that, the stay was great and the unit was very nice. Location was perfect and central to all of the other beaches. Plan on driving if you get out. There are limited restaurant options within walking distance."

  • Wonderful vacation condo

    "We had a fabulous time at Sanctuary at Redfish. Bob was always quick to respond with our questions on his property prior to renting and also throughout our stay. We really did enjoy the conveniences of the cabana by the pool. While we were there, they installed brand new grills, so that was a plus! We were happy to have the high ceiling, covered parking garage because we were able to have our cars parked there and still have the toppers on with no issues. Captain Bob and Kristina were most helpful shuttling us to the beach with not much of a wait during this August week. Kristina even allowed my daughter to use her water hose at the dock to rinse down her kayak each day. Thank You!! We did have air-conditioning issues in the unit we rented toward the later part of the week and it made it uncomfortable at night sleeping and especially when we were packing up to leave. Bob said they needed to add freon to the system. The condo has Wifi but it certainly could use a boost as it was sluggish. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!"
