  • Great place, loved everything about it!

"We just stayed here for spring break with two families of four and it was perfect. From the moment I contacted Bonny she has been very quick and efficient in getting back to me and sending me information. The condo is on the first floor which was perfect for our little kids. It made going back and forth to the beach and pool super easy. There was plenty of room for all of us and everything was decorated nicely and very clean. She also had everything we could need in the kitchen from chip and dip holders, to pots and pans, and all the other little things. Also, it was so nice to be able to walk to the shopping area that had a coffee shop and a few other restaurants. We never felt like it was super crowded on our end of 30A, like it was when we ventured out to Seaside. I would absolutely come and stay again!"

  • Girl's Trip

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great, once we figured out how to lock and unlock the doors and get into the trash can."

  • great location

"My husband and I spent the month of February 2017 at Brian's property. The location is great. Right across the street from the beach (very short walk to public access), on Oyster Lake and right in-between Gulf Place and the yummy Donut Hole. We had coffee on the side deck overlooking Oyster Lake watching birds in the morning and cocktails on the front deck overlooking the gulf and sunset in the evening. The saltwater pool is lovely and the attached spa, with on demand heating and bubbles, is very relaxing. The house is a little dated but the open layout, updated kitchen with granite counters/stainless appliances and master bedroom separate from the three guest bedrooms makes the house very comfortable and livable. Our grandchildren visited one weekend and there was a hodgepodge of pool and sand toys in the garage left by former renters to amuse them. We had a few small issues settling in but they were resolved immediately by Brian. We love to grill and the older inconsistent gas grill was replaced with a new Weber gas grill within a few days. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the property! Brian was always available and easy to work with."

  • Great location! House needs oh so much.

"Tremendous location on the beach. Can't beat it. Unfortunately that's all there is to this place. More than half the furniture on the back patio (best feature of the house) is broken or unusable. A lot of lights in the house need bulb changes or switches don't work. As a side note, there is an old flashlight in one of the kitchen drawers that comes in way more handy than you would expect to in a multi-million dollar home. Small and large appliances appear to be from the 60's. Most of the doors (interior and exterior) don't close and/or lock. A lot of the window blinds dont work. A million dollar view with with an $8 coffee machine plus the Sunrise coffee house down the street has some bad awful coffee. Beds are just above federal institution mandated comfort levels. Circa '70's furniture may be actually below those aforementioned mandated comfort levels. Disappointed that there was not a gas grille on back patio overlooking the view. The units on either side had one. The property managers let us a "loaner charcoal grill" that we were only allowed to use in driveway in front of garage which was unfortunately on the road facing side of the house and two flights of stairs away from the fantastic view. On top of that, the grill was loaned to us full of spent charcoal/ashes. No extra towels no real anything beyond very very basic needs. Deck could use some serious maintenance. Besides the fact that it appears to have been made by a high shop class over a weekend, nails are poking out everywhere. Beach chairs would have been nice but obviously probably won't happen. Go for the FANTASTIC view and crazy great beach access. If that and basic shelter is your desire, then this is your place."
