  • Great location! House needs oh so much.

"Tremendous location on the beach. Can't beat it. Unfortunately that's all there is to this place. More than half the furniture on the back patio (best feature of the house) is broken or unusable. A lot of lights in the house need bulb changes or switches don't work. As a side note, there is an old flashlight in one of the kitchen drawers that comes in way more handy than you would expect to in a multi-million dollar home. Small and large appliances appear to be from the 60's. Most of the doors (interior and exterior) don't close and/or lock. A lot of the window blinds dont work. A million dollar view with with an $8 coffee machine plus the Sunrise coffee house down the street has some bad awful coffee. Beds are just above federal institution mandated comfort levels. Circa '70's furniture may be actually below those aforementioned mandated comfort levels. Disappointed that there was not a gas grille on back patio overlooking the view. The units on either side had one. The property managers let us a "loaner charcoal grill" that we were only allowed to use in driveway in front of garage which was unfortunately on the road facing side of the house and two flights of stairs away from the fantastic view. On top of that, the grill was loaned to us full of spent charcoal/ashes. No extra towels no real anything beyond very very basic needs. Deck could use some serious maintenance. Besides the fact that it appears to have been made by a high shop class over a weekend, nails are poking out everywhere. Beach chairs would have been nice but obviously probably won't happen. Go for the FANTASTIC view and crazy great beach access. If that and basic shelter is your desire, then this is your place."

  • we had a wonderful time . It was everything we expected and more!!

"We so much enjoyed the house and pool and close access to the beach. Our whole family enjoyed riding bikes in the area and the convenience of good restaurants without all the traffic. Also Brooks the manager was so helpful and provided excellent service. The only thing wrong was that our vacation was too short! 😊"

  • Wonderful Weekend

"The house is beautiful and very functional. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 14 people. The two living areas worked out great for kids in one and adults in another. We had one issue with a leaking water hose and the owners had someone come out immediately to repair it. The owners were so nice and polite each time we had to communicate with them. The community pool is a short walk away and it's very nice. We had it all to ourselves each time we went. The only draw back for us was the half mile walk to the beach to get to the public access. With small children, coolers, towels and toys you can not walk there. At the public access there are not many parking spots so you have to go early to get a spot or you have to shuttle there and park back at the house and walk. Everything about this place is a 5 star rating except the distance to the beach, but even that would not keep us from looking into a return trip next year."

  • Perfect in every way

"This place is perfect for our large family. The rooms are surprisingly large and the loft is very spacious even with 2 queen sized beds in it. The master bathroom is a dream, the marble, the decor and the cleanliness. The kitchen is stocked with everything that we need even the big stock pot for the country boil. Being close to Walmart and Publix really helps and walking to Gulf place is very convenient. The beach is pristine and seems very private on this side of 30A. We just crossed the street and we are on white sugary sand in 2 minutes The only drawback is this condo is very popular and gets booked far in advance."
