  • Best Vacation EVER July 2016!

"We picked this house for the last week in July 2016 and had a Blast. I took me two years to get on the calendar because it stays booked up. Our family loves the beach and this house delivers the BEACH. There is no need to look for a better place. When you are in the Living room, dining room and kitchen you feel like you are on a private yacht because the water is all you see when seated or walking through. The beds are the best sleep you will ever get away from home. You can easily enjoy the shops and restaurants at Rosemary, Seaside, Watercolor, Alyce and Pier Park and not have to stay in tight quarters. You do not have to pack anything to walk to the beach. Its so close you could walk in get a drink and walk back. 30-40 steps to the ocean. We have stayed in MANY places and this is the first I intend on making a regular summer vacation. The safety features for small children are very well thought out. You do not have to worry about small children around the pool. The pool is quite the unique touch and was perfect to have after the beach. All of the controls were very easy to use. Our kids loved the jets, lights and the waterfall. The home was built in 2005 but has been so well maintained it has almost no wear. The parking will allow for 4 or 5 cars. 2 under the house and 2 or 3 in the driveway. The appliances are better than most people have in a nice home and these are perfect. We are buying a set of the Washer and Dryer for our new home and a Viking fridge just like what they have. They give you access to the storage room which has chairs and a large umbrella a cooler for the beach and a normal size fridge to keep drinks for the beach, extra food and ice. we used a chair and Umbrella service (there are plenty on the beach each morning), we had 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas for $200 bucks for the week (7 days). The chair guy puts them up and takes them down everyday. The owners have paid attention to every detail and have a well laid out book that explains everything. They texted us when we arrived and responded quickly to any question we had. We have a family of five and plenty of room for everything and closet space and towels and seats and televisions and Wi-Fi, BTW they have a very nice cable service with plenty of channels. I have been to many nice Hotels and have to say this was a new level of luxury. I recommend the Terrace Restaurant across the highway from the house, it does not look like much but its good. Best beach vacation our family ever had!"

  • Believe the Reviews!

"We just came back from a week in Ross's amazing house. One of the criteria I have for a five-star review is the memories we come back with; and my that standard, this place is off the charts. It is very well-appointed and offers multi-family guests the opportunity for intimate gatherings but also privacy for downtime. The kitchen is spectacular and comfortable for many cooks to prepare several dishes at the same time. High end appliances such as a Viking stove and Dacor microwave spoke to the tastefulness of the house. We loved being able to fit 15 people around the massive table-- something I really appreciate and value. The two dishwashers came in very handy for cleanup. The french doors from the kitchen lead to a beautiful porch with comfortable seating. Early risers could sip on coffee while being serenaded by the ocean. Perfection. The location is fabulous. Close enough to walk to Rosemary Beach for food and treats, but quiet enough to be away from the crowds. A Publix is a few miles away for last minute grocery needs. The beds were all comfortable as were the quality linens. Ample space in the three king-size bedrooms made the adults very happy. The bunk room made a lot of cousins very very happy. By far, the heated pool area is one of the best we've seen on 30a. Completely private and surrounded by lush vegetation, the lighting at night adds to the serenity. The grill and prep area is a nice touch even though we did not have an opportunity to use those features. Most of all, Ross is a consummate host-- responsive and gracious. Christmas 2015 will live in our hearts for a long time, much thanks to Sea Zen! Thank you, Ross!"

  • Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!!!

"I've seen other listings say "gulf front" and then been disappointed because you can't even see the ocean from any spot in the place unless you stretch your neck to look around the corner of the balcony. The pictures of this townhouse don't lie. It is gorgeous and RIGHT ON the beach. This townhouse had all we needed for a more than comfortable and relaxing stay away from home. There's a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, washer and dryer, super convenient half bath on the main floor, good water pressure in the showers, comfy beds and everything is well maintained and clean. Additionally, the townhouse is in such a good location. The beach isn't crowded, and it's not far at all from great dining and attractions. Listening to the waves crash day and night from the upstairs balcony or downstairs patio is so relaxing. We can't wait to go back!"

  • Beautiful comfortable home

"We come to Inlet Beach yearly as a family & decided to introduce our favorite beach to friends this year so we shared this home with another family. It was just enough room for 2 couples with it's two master bedrooms. The little kids of our friends slept on the floor in their bedroom, and our 4 children slept in the extra bedroom upstairs (2 double beds and a trundle bed). Pros: *The decks on this house were one of the best things about it! Huge wrap-around porch with comfortable patio furniture on the main floor, and another deck on the top floor with great views of the stars. One of the best nights was hanging on the top floor deck listening to music and watching shooting stars. *The firepit - although we only used it once, it's a nice feature. Fun to dig your toes in the sand and feel those ocean breezes. *The outdoor shower - crowd favorite! *The kitchen- well-supplied with enough seating for a crowd (six around the bar, 6 at the table, 6 on the porch table outside) with room to move around. 3 adults working in the kitchen to prep dinner or the day's catch was not too crowded. *Fullsize washer and dryer made drying off those wet beach towels a snap. *Included beach supplies - seriously, don't even bring sand toys. The storage box on the deck is FULL of sand toys, body boards (I think there were 4?), nets, plastic boats. I can't even remember what all was in there but when I opened it I remember wishing I hadnt wasted room in the car bringing our sand toys. *Covered parking for the cars *The privacy & low crowds at Inlet Beach are always our favorite. This year was no exception. Cons: *Many of our bath towels smelled terribly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. A quick fix in the washer, but still gross when you're toweling off after a shower & just realizing it *We were told that there was a crockpot & beach cart at the house for our use & neither were there upon our arrival. Annoying because we had to change our dinner plans and hauling 6 kids beach stuff with no cart is a pain, but on the pro side, the management company went out and purchased both & brought it over so on the plus side -great customer service! * The beach is only visible (barely) from the top deck of the house. We knew it wasn't beach front property, but it was a bit farther than we thought & the steps (I think one of the kids counted 62) leading to it was a hot and sweaty affair in July heat. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful home. Highly recommend."
