  • Great home, clean, comfortable and excellent location.

"Fantastic choice. The owners care about their home and making it perfect for their guests. The bikes are key for getting around easily. The home is clean and comfortable. Went on a girl's weekend and we used every space within the home. I will come back with my family because the house is great for all types of vacations. Everything is updated and very easy to spread out. Highly recommend this property for this area. We have rented many homes in this part of the panhandle and this one felt like it was my own. I have owned VRBO rental properties and I understand all the components surrounding what goes into making the experience memorable. It is important to make the guests want to come back and I will go back to this property. Special thanks to the owners...obvious they will keep this property in great shape."

  • Great stay!

"Kitchen is extremely well stocked, we had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and easy to work TV's! Super location as well. Only negative was that one of the bikes was not in working order, but the husbands were able to fix it."

  • Inlet Beach spring break without the partiers!

"As I approach the age of 50, I have vague memories of my own Spring Breaks during college, but certain highlights remain strong: huge crowds of twenty-year-olds, lots of alcohol, and noise. Lots of noise. Now I have the task of finding Spring Break destinations that will satisfy my teenagers, but also be enjoyable for me, preferably without the noise and crowds. My stay at this beautiful home in Inlet Beach could not have been more perfect. It is located between Panama City Beach on the one side, and Rosemary Beach and Highway 30A on the other. The gorgeous beach (a 2 minute walk from the house) is just far away enough from the vacationing crowds to be quiet and relaxing, but close enough to walk to resort areas for shopping, dining, and crowd watching. Or if you don't like to walk on the beach to explore, the drive is literally 3 minutes to the next town. Destin is maybe a half hour away, plus or minus traffic. Any day the weather isn't perfect, the shopping is. (Also, bike and kayak rentals were plentiful, as were rentals of beach chairs and umbrellas.) The house itself is amazing. Three stories of bedrooms and bathrooms (the elevator made it easy with luggage), lots of privacy, pool and hot tub, a rec space for the kids, a very comfortable living room space for the grown ups, and two kitchens that have better appliances than my own. We ate out only twice in the week we were there, because it was more fun to stay in and cook (although there were no shortage of dining options). The owner is attentive and responsive to any need (there were few). It was hard to go home. If you have a large family or want a girls' week away to the beautiful beaches in the Gulf of Florida, but don't want to deal with the Spring Break party atmosphere 24/7, the house and location are perfect. We actually flew into Atlanta and drove the 5 hours to the house, an easy and scenic route, although the Panama City airport is nearby for those who prefer not to drive. I would highly recommend Nolan's Nook!"

"Nice little house very close to the beach. Enjoyed my time spent in this house. The internet service was excellent. The house was very clean when we entered. Would definitely stay again."
