  • New Family Favorite

"My family of 7 stayed in the Camellia Cottage during the first week of December and we absolutely loved it!! Everything was perfect! My wife is very picky when it comes to cleanliness but she was blown away at how well this cottage was cleaned and maintained. Much better than some other places we have stayed! The cottage is in a very convenient location in the heart of Rosemary Beach. We were thrilled to have to separate swimming pools just seconds away from the home. The bicycles were also a major contribution. Our children loved using them to ride to the Sugar Shack in downtown Rosemary. I can't say enough about how perfect this house was for our family. Thank you for allowing us to make so many wonderful memories in your home. We are already looking forward to staying in Camellia Cottage for our beach trip next year!!"

  • Lovely House in a Great Location!

"I have been going to Rosemary Beach for the past ten years - we love it! The area is perfect for family vacations and girls' getaways. This property is one of my favorites. The house was clean and organized, and I'm a fairly picky person (so my husband says!) The kitchen/dining/family room was great, and the adjoining porch makes it a great layout with plenty of space. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. The location of this property was great. Enjoyable stroll to the beautiful beach or to shops and restaurants. Or you can ride the bicycles which the kids love to do, especially to the famed Sugar Shack, just around the corner. This property and Rosemary Beach raises the bar!"

  • Beautiful, peaceful, and in perfect location

"This house is gorgeous with a beautiful and well-sized pool and nice furnishings. The distance to the beach is not bad at all! 10 minute walk with all your stuff in the wagon that is provided is no big deal. Having the pool there is a great treat in the afternoon, when everyone just wants to hang at the house (or the kids are napping). There is also access to three other large pools, which was very nice. We were easily able to walk everywhere for meals, shopping, coffee, dessert, and entertainment. The kitchen has everything you need, though it would have been nice to have some cabinet space for our own food. Our group consisted of four adults and three kids-- ages 5, 3, and almost 2, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The upstairs master is a little small, and the spiral staircase leading up to the loft was a little scary with a toddler running around, but it worked. You just can't beat the location!"

  • FABULOUS Hideaway Carriage House! A Perfect match for this beautifully charming beach coumminity.

"The house is even nicer than described in the reviews! It is perfectly clean and feels a bit larger than its 420 square feet ( probably due to the vaulted ceilings and efficient use of space.) Being in a quiet culdesac, it makes for the perfect location...less than 120 yards from the beach and just a 3 minute walk, or bike ride, to an endless array of sidewalk cafes, restaurants, free concerts in the park, swimming pool, tennis courts and great boutiques. *The manager, Tom, is very attentive and easy to reach; answers on the 1st phone call. **The only 'clarification' that I would make to the other reviews, is the parking availability and use of the house bikes and beach chairs. Based on the reviews and the original posting, we had the impression that there was parking right at the house. In reality, if there is a renter in the main house, then the parking spaces go to them. We had to park on the street and when we finally found a parking place it was several blocks from the house (which was still only a short walk.) We were also under the impression that the bikes and beach chairs were provided. However, again, since someone was renting the main house, they got 1st dibs. We then had to rent bikes, which is fine. Although, to insure that you get the bikes you want, you really need to make a reservation at least a week in advance. We had to walk about a mile west to Alys Beach, just to find the right bikes. *****Considering all, though, I still couldn't give the whole experience less than 5 stars!!!! It was wonderful!!!!!"
