  • Amazing cottage!

    "We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Hamilton Cottage! The home is in a great location - within walking distance of town center and in a quiet area of the community. The home is beautifully appointed and has a great layout. We visited for a girls weekend and the home was perfect for us. The home would also work well for families with children, especially with the additional bunk spaces. We can't wait to stay at Hamilton Cottage again!"

  • April 2017 Stay

    "Great location! The condo was clean, and just as described online. The addition of the Murphy bed was a perfect upgrade to the condo since last year! I love the 360 App - tells me everything I need to know. Too bad you can't access it easily due to cell service in the entire area being so poor. I do wish they'd left more dishwasher tablets, but I know I should have brought some of my own. Thanks for another great vacation. I would rent again for sure!"

  • As good as it gets

    "My husband and I just returned for our second stay in this unit and brought our two boys (3 and 6) with us this time. It was a great size for us, we let the boys sleep on the pull-out. We loved that there was a pocket door to divide the master and bathroom from the living area so we didn't disturb our kids when they went to bed before us. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the balcony and had fun people watching down below. The location could not be more ideal. It's a 2 min walk to the beach and directly above all of the dining. We rented bikes and only used them once. No need! It's a super quick walk to seacrest as well. We enjoyed lunch at seacrest sundries and dinner at pizza by the sea and walked easily to both. The property manager Carrie was great to work with and answered every question we had. We will definitely be back!"

  • Best Of Everything!

    "Where do I start? I love this place. We have been staying on 30A for 15 years. Yet we have never stayed in Rosemary Beach. We decided, at the last minute, to come down for Spring Break so there was nothing available in Seaside or Watercolor, where we usually stay. So I decided to try RB. We always made a trip down to eat at Cowgirl Kitchen anyway. So I saw this unit and thought it would be perfect for us. My husband and myself and our 22 year old daughter. I was worried that it might be noisy since it was above the chops and restaurants. It was PERFECT! The unit is beautiful. In fact, it was featured in one of the decorator books on the coffee table. Everything is really first rate. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable. It's a very livable space. The bedding is great. The unit is clean. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly want. And it's all really nice quality. We loved the location. It was really fun to be "where the action is" but the unit is so well insulated that the sound is not an issue at all. We loved people watching in the evenings from the balcony. It happened to be a record COLD week so we actually spent more time in the unit than we normally would. So it was really nice to be surrounded in such luxury. I hope to be able to stay there again. And now I think Rosemary Beach will be our destination of choice on 30A. One final note...the leasing agent was not great at 30A Escapes. We had a small issue and once I brought it to her attention, she got really snarky with me the rest of the trip, any time I needed to speak with her. I would not let this dissuade you from staying here. Also, the leasing company should figure out a way to make their App more functional. You need like 3 or 4 different codes for everything from bikes, to beach service reservations, to beach access, to keys to the unit...but these codes come in different comes in the app, one comes in an email, one comes in a text, and yet another is only provided when you call the leasing company office to get it (that's for ordering beach service). So, not really a problem at all...just a minor annoyance, but these management companies charge the owners a lot of money and should really make things as convenient as possible."
