  • Beautiful vacation home

"This house was very convenient to everything is Inlet and Rosemary including the beach. The design of the house is very crisp, clean and beachy. I chose this house for my family to statin for my wedding weekend as the location was very ideal and the interior space and design was perfect for pictures. There is an elevator which saved us as my dad is older and walks with a cain and in no way could have handled the stairs. One additional good thing to know is there is an alarm that sounds every time the door is opened and you must push the button so the alarm doesn't sound per Florida state law with homes that have pools. This is great for anyone with small children as it would alarm you if a child escaped. However, we did not have children in attendance had a good bit of people coming in and out frequently (hair stylist, makeup artist, bridesmaids, wedding coordinator) and it was a bit of a nuisance. All in all this is a great place to stay if you need something convenient and beautiful."

  • Perfect getaway!!

"My boyfriend and I rented this fabulous carriage house for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of New Orleans. It was perfect! It was newer and cleaner than some of the other places we had stayed in Rosemary. It had an open floor plan with plenty of natural light. We used the bikes and chairs which were included. We enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying our wine. We cooked a few nights and had everything we needed. The best part about this place was the location; super close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back to this cottage next year!"

  • Prime Location!

"Once we adjusted to the stairs, we had no trouble adjusting to this prime location in the middle of paradise! The home is beautiful and well designed. Great location for long walks. Super people watching. Walking distance to the center of Rosemary..... restaurants, shops, ice cream! A bike ride away from Seacrest and Alys. Community amenities lack for nothing. The home is large, yet cozy. (If you plan to use the sofa bed, pack extra queen sheets. Also remember to pack beach towels.) Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side. Gathering/living areas are spacious and can accommodate many. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return within the year."

  • Great location; house could use some minor work

"We stayed for a week in mid-July at this house in Rosemary Beach. First the positives - the location of this property can't be beat. It's 20 steps to the pool, and a lovely, shaded walk to the beach (about 3 minutes). The house is close to downtown with shops/restaurants, etc. Very convenient for ice cream walks in the afternoon. Now the less -positives - the kitchen needs improvements. The refrigerator does not cool enough. The oven/stove are very slow to heat up. We did a lot of cooking during our stay, so these things mattered. Perhaps for those who eat out a lot, these things won't be a big deal. During our stay, there was a portable AC unit on the main level - the central AC did not work, it seems. This portable AC unit was very loud. Another thing to keep in mind, the upstairs bedroom on the 3rd floor does NOT have a door. It's loft-like, very cute, but no door/no privacy. Perhaps not a huge deal, but just keep in mind. We didn't realize this. The house has a lovely big porch with rocking chairs, where we sat, drank coffee, kept our beach toys, etc. That was nice. There is also a small courtyard with grill and table, lovely for sitting in the evenings, after sunset. Overall a good property. Could use minor improvements."
