  • Perfect Rental!

"Rented the house for a week for me and my daughter for a pre-wedding getaway. The location was perfect (we rented bikes but could have easily walked most places). Easy access to beach and the complimentary beach chairs were a bonus. House has beach items in the garage available for use too. The home is very well-maintained; clean; secure; and updated. The a/c was really good and having a w/d and garage was great. Rosemary Beach has a farmer's market that was really fun. We would highly recommend this place for two couples and a couple of kids; or a girls trip; or for anybody looking for a great place at a reasonable rate on the beach side of 30-A near Seaside, Rosemary and Alys Beaches. Thank you for allowing us to rent your house!"

  • Clean and bright loft

"We stayed at the Grayson Loft for a week in August 2016. We are a family of 5 with kids ranging from 1 to 8 years old. The loft was very clean, roomy, and bright. I wiped surfaces and mopped upon arrival and to our surprise the mop was relatively clean when I was done! We didn't hear any neighbors or outdoor noise at all. Plenty of towels for use in the apartment were provided. A basket by the door was very useful for pool and beach gear. Johnell was extremely responsive to our inquiries all the way from searching through our stay. We would not hesitate staying at the loft again!"

  • Perfect spot for families on 30a

"We are a boy family, meaning we are in constant pursuit of lots of stuff to do to avoid idle time (which always ends in somebody getting in trouble). And for us, this place was a perfect mix of accessibility to fun stuff and activity to keep busy boys busy. We were in walking distance of all the music, food and fun that happens every night at Seacrest Village and it did not disappoint. We were also a very quick bike ride away from the huge Seacrest lagoon pool which made it extremely nice to get down there and back in minutes when one or two of our kiddos wanted to swim instead of beach. It was also incredibly nice inside. We've stayed at other units in this building, and this one was superior. It was clean, updated and comfortable. It truly felt like home."

  • We enjoyed the house and would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible mattresses

"We liked the location of this house and the layout. The porches were great and the streets were perfect for bike riding. The only thing that bothered us were the beds. No one could get comfortable because the mattresses sank down making a huge hole to try to sleep in. The kitchen was nice but missing a few essentials if you plan to cook - no 9x13 pans and no pitchers to mix drinks in. Also there is only a tiny charcoal grill so we decided to skip grilling this year. Overall it was a nice home but we are used to a few more amenities."
