"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and location was great. The web site & app however, were not. Very confusing and overly complicated. As first time visitors to Rosemary beach, we were totally confused by the need for multiple access codes(chair rentals, beach gates, pool gates, etc) and the yellow cards with useless access codes. None of that was adequately explained. Also, we were not told that the pool closest to our unit was for residents only. That was not only confusing but also embarrassing."

  • Beautiful vacation home

"This house was very convenient to everything is Inlet and Rosemary including the beach. The design of the house is very crisp, clean and beachy. I chose this house for my family to statin for my wedding weekend as the location was very ideal and the interior space and design was perfect for pictures. There is an elevator which saved us as my dad is older and walks with a cain and in no way could have handled the stairs. One additional good thing to know is there is an alarm that sounds every time the door is opened and you must push the button so the alarm doesn't sound per Florida state law with homes that have pools. This is great for anyone with small children as it would alarm you if a child escaped. However, we did not have children in attendance had a good bit of people coming in and out frequently (hair stylist, makeup artist, bridesmaids, wedding coordinator) and it was a bit of a nuisance. All in all this is a great place to stay if you need something convenient and beautiful."

  • A Grandparent's Delight

"We have taken our ever growing family (3 daughters and a multitude of grandchildren) to The Great Escape, at spring break, for the past 4 years, and will do so again this spring. It works for all. The 3rd floor is described as "the master" but we put the couple with the youngest babies there-one crib in the laundry room, one in the hall, and grownups in the bedroom-privacy for all. 2nd floor has 2 master bedrooms, each with a bath, so the other 2 couples have privacy, while kids sleep together in the bunk room. Best of all, the grandparents sleep out in the carriage house and never hear a thing. Kitchen is great for a crowd, with the heated pool right out the door, kids will swim all day,in good weather and bad. The walk to beach is convenient (we feel no need to stay south of 30A). The location is great- kids ride bikes without supervision and enjoy a degree of independence that is refreshing. The "cool" factor is sufficient to keep a teenager happy. When we dine in Seaside/Watercolor, we are always glad we get to go home to Rosemary. We highly recommend The Great Escape."
