  • Vacation rental

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation and loved St. Somewhere. It was beautifully appointed and the perfect distance from the noise and bustle of Seaside yet close enough to walk or bike there easily. We have rented gulf front homes in the past along 30A that are no closer than we were to the beach at St. Somewhere."

  • Perfect Getaway!

"We loved everything about our stay and experience. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well stocked. Plentiful space and check out is easy! (Just take trash out and start dishwasher!) ONLY complaints are the dryer has a VERY musty smell and clothes smelled bad. It also was impossible to dry towels. It took multiple cycles (5+) to get towels dry enough. Also vacuum is terrible so it's hard to clean up any crumbs or sand on the floor. We'd come back in a heart beat though (bring tons of dryer sheets!)"

  • Cypress Dunes is a slice of heaven!

"I can't say enough about the week we spent at On Cypress Pond with our family. The view of the Gulf from the infinity pool makes you feel like you are at your own resort. Six of us stayed very comfortably and had room for more! The house was very well stocked with more items than I could have imagined. Sandy was very helpful answering our questions and made our stay very comfortable. We met many of the residents of Cypress Dunes and they made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this area if you like nature, peaceful settings, wildlife and enjoy an active lifestyle. The gated community made me feel very safe and I think it is a great neighborhood to take long walks and bike rides. We even saw several deer grazing at sunrise! We can't wait to come back and share this little slice of heaven with our friends!"

  • July Vacatio

"This house is wonderful! Decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We have no complaints about the house at all! What you need to know is that the bikes, while at the property are not included in the cost of the house. They are locked and you have to pay to use for the week. The ammeities passes are nice but you must reserve your beach chairs in advance as they were sold out when we arrived. The property management company told us that we could just rent the chairs the morning we arrived. Not at all the case. We ended up on a very crowded public beach which was not convenient to to the Watercolor Inn. Sadly, we did not use Watercolor Inn, which is why you have the amenities pass in the first place and no doubt included in the price of the home. You may ride your bikes to the beach, but it isn't as close as they would like you to think and if you are taking rafts etc you either have to drive or rent a golf cart which once again were sold out. Watercolor only allows one company to rent golf carts and we were told we should have reserved at least 6 weeks in advance. Our biggest frustration was not knowing these things in advance. You pay a pretty penny to rent this house which is great, but you really need to know the whole story. It isn't close to the beach and you need to plan accordingly. A lot of money for quite a hassle."
