"We loved everything about this trip. The place we stayed and the neighborhood it was in was perfect. We were able to bring our fur babies and enjoy them playing in the sand as well as our children!!! We plan on the same trip for next year !! We loved fancy free!!"

  • Best family vacation ever - Blue Lagoon and Santa Rosa 30A - perfect

"Blue lagoon was perfect for our family - 2 adults (60), three adults (30), new grand baby (10 weeks) our Doberman Bella and our little terrier mix Gus. The house was decorated so cute, well equipped kitchen, fenced in back yard for the pups, located in a cul de sac in old Florida village ( a cute little neighbor hood - every house is named and decorated with tropical colors). Easy access to the beach - about a 10 minute walk- but we opted for renting a street legal golf cart for our convenience - we scooted around everywhere and would highly recommend renting with if you have small children or older adults. We used Electric Cart Company - they delivered and picked up the cart at Blue Lagoon. Besides enjoying the beach ( the water and sand were gorgeous) and pool - the younger adults rented bikes and road at Rosemary to Watercolor. The guys had scheduled a fishing trip at Grayton but the water was too rough and they were unable to go out - but appreciated Captain Mark being honest (Fishng Booty Charter). The girls went shopping at the cute shops in rosemary, watercolor, and Gayton. Each little town has its own unique charter! We alsofound some awesome places to eat- Cafe Tango, Local Catch & Grill, Stinky Fish Camp, Geroge's, and La Loba Bakery. We also cooked in a night and got grouper, scallops, shrimp, and smoked tuna dip at Goatfeathers - good stuff!! Can't say enough good things about the area and Blue Lagoon!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Brian and Gigi for your hospitality"

  • Wonderful vacation house!

"We loved staying at Pineapple Under the Sea. It was quaint, cozy and comfortable. L The house was very clean and had everything that you need for a week long stay. An early review said that it needed updating, but I found that it only added that much more charm to the house. It was comfortable enough that I wasn't worried about kicking my feet up, relaxing or actually using the house. It was just like being at home. The community pools are very close by and the neighborhood is quiet and has a wonderful family atmosphere. The descriptions says that it's a close walk to the beach. I would disagree with that totally. While it is wonderfully close to the beach access, it is a little too far to walk for the normal family or even couple. But it's a very quick drive and has great parking and restroom facilities. My only other complaint is that while there are ceiling fans in every room, you can't turn the air below 75. This might not matter to most but for some of us it mattered greatly. It was extremely HOT the week we were there and we are use to turning the air down to at least 70. We made do but I would have really liked to know that detail before renting or even arriving at the property. Overall, the house has everything you need for a fun, relaxing stay at the beach and is perfect for families!!!"

  • Perfect!

"This house was wonderful and VERY clean! We had 3 families, 8 people total, everyone had plenty of space and privacy. All the bedrooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds. The pool was just across the street and the beach was walk-able but we had so much stuff we usually drove. Lots of lil shops and places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The house has 2 A/C units so it stayed cool and humidity free, even in the TV tower! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and all the utensils you could ever need. I would definitely recommend to others. We had a great time! Thanks Sascha for the wonderful accommodations!"
