  • Breathtaking views!

"The condo is exactly as the pictures show. The windows offer floor to ceiling views of the beach. The Master/Loft upstairs has a view from the bed on both the front and sides. Overall the condo is great!! I couldn't find any other reviews and felt someone needed to write about it! If you are looking for granite countertops and contemporary furnishings this place isn't for you. It's a little dated in decor, but the furnishings and deco are perfect for a beach condo. The guestbook in the condo was filled with lots of negative remarks, but the people seemed overly picky to me! How can you complain when you look out the windows!!?? The only negative is the access to the beach is down the elevator and around the side of the building. Also, if you sleep in the master/loft you will hear anyone else that comes into kitchen or living areas."

  • Beautiful Beach Chic home in Prime 30A location

"This house is beautiful. Situated on the Sunset Pond, my family and I had an enjoyable time relaxing on the porch in the big comfy rockers enjoying the view. The decor is beautiful beach chic, with comfortable mattresses and linens and a clean, light open feel. Fully stocked kitchen and brand new everything. My teenagers appreciated smart TV's in every bedroom for their Netflix. This home is centrally located on 30A and the wonderful resort-like pool area is a great option if the weather makes your beach day impossible or you just want a change of scenery. My family and I look forward to our next visit to Lily Pond by the Sea"

  • Great place!

"We enjoyed a week in this unit - 1 section of a triplex. We visited during spring break, which is a very busy time in this area, but never felt like the area was overcrowded. Kids could play outside and easily ride bikes, plenty of room to run around. The pool was a short walk down the road, we often went back to the house for lunch without a problem. The pool was never too busy, just active enough to be fun! Pool was well kept and bathrooms were clean there too. The Hub is across the main road, still an easy walk for dinner or a movie night on their big screen. Finding easy beach access was a bit difficult because we preferred to walk, but we were able to find a nice quiet beach after a bit of searching and a long walk. A few things to prepare for that shouldn't be discouraging from renting this property, just a heads up! The balcony above the garage in the photo does not belong to this unit. There is a nice balcony on the backside of the property though. Supplies provided are very slim: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, tiny bottle of dish soap, a couple of laundry soap pods and zero dishwasher detergent. Again, not a bad thing, just prepare to bring your own. There were hotel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and mouthwashes in the bathrooms which was nice. Also, zero salt, pepper, coffee filters, basic things of that nature. Not an issue, but we usually find those things in the places we've stayed in the past. I just had to make a few extra trips to the store because I was a little unprepared for those things. Overall, it was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!"
