"We had a great month-long stay at Meant to Beach. It is a great house with the best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. MTB is very spacious, beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of cushy seating in the family room. The walk to the beach is an easy walk, one which we took every day unless rain kept us away. The owner were the best to work with. It is so good to actually communicate with an owner vs a management company. We have already booked one of their other properties for fall 2016. Thank you for making your home available to us for our annual fall trip. See you next Oct."

"The condo was roomy and great for the family the kids loved the bunk room, pool is great, shuttle to beach was timely when we called . Downside was no closet in one of the bedrooms not enough hangers no dish towels but we could live with that. But the wi-fi was terrible very spotty one of the men had to work on the computer and he had a hard time.if you are really on vacation with no work to do it would be fine."

  • August 2016 Stay

"We absolutely fell in love with the 360 blue/watercolor/seaside area. First I'd like to say how beautiful the area is (neighborhood) that 186 needlerush Dr. is situation in. The lot is beautiful, quiet and of course, tranquil. We were able to enjoy the private watercolor beach and the watercolor inn's main pool areas because we rented with 360 blue. Some of your amenities from renting 186 needlerush included two bikes, a cute cottage (studio) that is situated above a garage which comes with a small eat-in kitchen, a bathroom, some living area furnishings, and a queen bed. There were a few things that I think would have made our stay better. 1. The bathroom needed some tlc. Our toilette was not thoroughly cleaned, and the shower curtain had quite a bit of mildew on it. Also, the toilette brush and plunger were left next to the toilette and shower. As a guest, I wouldn't want to see those things exposed. During our stay I moved them to a closet. Another small issue we had was with the extra bedding that was l"

  • Gailmard Cottage = Very Nice and impressive

"My family was very impressed with the house and its location. It was a 3 bedroom 3 bath house and it felt bigger than that. All of the rooms were very clean and well stocked with the start-up necessities. The house was just steps away from the pool and the walk to the beach could not be easier (unless it was directly on the beach). We had a lot of fun at the house and took away lots of good memories."
