  • Wonderful Vacation

"This condominium is well maintained and has the extras that make it pretty. The granite countertops are beautiful, and other little extras made our stay so nice. The owner is very personable and responsive. This is a beautiful location!"

  • Updated home - beautiful beach!

"I took a group of 6 teen girls for a birthday trip and they really enjoyed the house. It was comfortable and fit everyone nicely. The location next to public beach access, which is what you use as well, was odd but worked. Because of that location, we witnessed a rehearsal dinner and wedding on the beach and a private bonfire. Both right in front of our house. The ocean view from the upper deck was perfect. Other benefits were bikes, chairs, and toys in the garage. There was a lot of leftover construction stuff there too. The kitchen worked very well except there was not one frying pan - all pots. Just an oversight, I'm sure. The owner was friendly and helpful. Proximity to Seaside and Publix was good. Even though I enjoyed the house, I prefer a more private, quieter beach location."

  • Gulf Coast Anniversary Delight

"If you want to see the beach, enjoy the wonderful waters of the Gulf, and stay in one of the most attractive condominiums in Seagrove Beach, I highly recommend this property. The owner is exceptional in trying to assure you a pleasant vacation experience. The overall property is clean, neat and has easy access to the beach. Our condo was tastefully decorated with a "beachy" theme which added to the vacation experience. The restaurants that we chose, 30A café and Trebeache' offered outstanding cuisine. We even returned to Trebeache' to try other items on their menu. Seaside Village is fun to visit and they had live entertainment on the weekend. The farmers market was also fun to visit. My wife and I usually celebrate our anniversary at HHI each year, but decided to try a different resort area this year. We are glad that we did, and we definitely will return to this location in the future."

  • Fun With Family and Friends: PERFECTION!

"We were blessed to spend 4 weeks in this beautiful home, with two separate girlfriend gatherings (8 each) and a family birthday bash to celebrate moms 80th birthday (12 family members). We filled every room with joy and laughter and every single person was delighted with this great home. Where to start? The owner, Ross, made booking and every planning aspect super easy. Once we checked in, he responded promptly to a couple minor issues. The house itself was beautiful, homey and appealing. The setting was on a stretch of beach that drew us out for walks and deckside lounging. Heated pool so close and relaxing. Great location off of 30-A with very good restaurants in walking range. (Don't miss The Perfect Pig or Old Florida Seafood). Nearest grocery, Publix, was only a few miles away, off 395, with the best customer service ever! But back to the house: two refrigerators, ice maker, comfy sofas and chairs, serene decor and artwork. The three-story arrangement enabled our groups to have privacy when needed, and the three separate heating/cooling zones kept everyone comfortable. The house was so quiet as was the neighborhood. We rent often in many parts of the country and are a bit picky, but we just can't say enough nice things about Sight to Sea! We certainly hope to return!"
