  • July 2016 Stay

"Our family had a great time! We took advantage of the adventure experiences offered through 360 blue, all super fun and well organized! The house worked great for our 3 families! The pool, although small was a big hit for the younger grandchildren. We enjoy cooking and grilling and this kitchen was awesome, however it needs a bit of attention to wine glasses, bowls for serving large groups. One coffee pot worked the other did not work. The 360 blue team took care of the issues quickly such as, no hot water in one bathroom. We will book through this company again! we appreciate that this company contributes 50% of their profits to Christian charities! Wow!"

  • Seaglass seems to be showing wear and tear.

"This was a return stay for us at Seaglass (158202)and we could see a difference. Upon arrival we couldn't get in on time because the previous guests had stayed past check out time. We had grocery items that really needed refrigerated, fortunately, the cleaning crew allowed us to put our stuff in the frig and then return later to check in. The mattresses the previous year had been very squeaky and I'd let them know, however they hadn't replaced them. I was given a discount this year to encourage our return. I was thankful for it, but they really do need replaced. There was a substantial leak coming from upstairs into the back hallway that was obviously not new. The house overall is in a fantastic location, it's layout & description was perfect for our group, the amenities of WC are beyond compare, we just hope that the house will get the attention it needs to compete with the market. Also, we have pet allergies and noticed upon arrival that our allergies flared up, we wondered if the previous guests had honored the 'no pets allowed' rule. We had referred several friends to use the house in the past year, however, we are undecided about returning altho' we love so much about the house. We're hoping for some TCL for Seaglass before it's too late."

  • Great House/Great Owner

"Our group really enjoyed this house! We have stayed in several in the area- and this one had all we could ever need. We loved the heated pool- it's a great size and with the cooler temps in the spring it was great that it was heated. There is a nice grill in the backyard (totally fenced btw) that was great for cookouts. Plenty of space, and the bathroom configuration was perfect. The bunkroom is on the lowest level, with direct access to both the front door and the backyard, just keep in mind if you have "adventurous" little ones/escape artists. Loved the ice maker in the kitchen. Lots of available pool/sand toys for those with younger kids- no need to haul all of that- its already there! Big living room, with large sectional sofa- great for lounging in the evenings, there are even board games in the entertainment center. Decks are great for outside dining. Super location, close enough to Seaside to enjoy, but not in the middle of the traffic. A short 5 min, walk (you can take the "back way" and avoid the busy bike traffic) brings you to all the great restaurants and shopping, and a 1-2 min. walk leads you a great white-sand beach. Bottom line is this house is in a spectacular location, has everything you could need, and the owner is great. Don't pass this one up... you'll love it!"

  • Great place to stay

"This was our fourth time staying in this condo since 2012. We love to stay here because of all the extras provided such as two bikes, a gas grill, washer and dryer, etc. The condo is kept impeccable. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. Who could ask for more with the tennis courts out the back door and pool next to them? The condo is on a deadend street, so it is very quiet and more private. Our kids love having the treat of a tv in their room and being able to sit out on the balcony watching frogs, lizards, people playing tennis, and enjoying the tranquil greenery surrounding the property. We are ready to go back already!"
