  • Great Location

"My family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children, stayed here for 5 days. The location is fantastic. I was worried about the walk to the beach, but it was very short and easy. Crossing 30A is a snap as cars stop for the cross walks. The condo is beautiful and spacious. It was very clean when we arrived. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The plantation shutters keep the rooms dark enough to sleep late. I can't say enough good things about the management staff. They were very accommodating and friendly. We had an issue with the ice maker on arrival and a repair man was there in 10 minutes. It was a small issue and fixed in 5 minutes. We loved walking to The Pig restaurant for lunch, dinner and breakfast. There are many places to eat within walking distance. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The pool is large and right in front of the condos. This will be our next vacation destination."

  • almost perfect

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very clean, perfect views of the gulf, the tub drain didn't work properly so i reported that and no one came to repair it. but the worse was trying to open and close the very heavy glass sliding door. it needs some TLC. perhaps its all clogged up with sand.. otherwise id stay here again."

  • Great condo -- wonderful time!

"From the moment we arrived, we knew that we were at a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy. The condo was stylishly furnished, yet comfortable at the same time. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, the beds were great, and there were plenty of linens. The master bath with jetted tub and the walk-in closet in the master suite were a plus. The kitchen was open concept with a huge island that had a nice overhang for seating. There were lots of dishes, glasses, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, serving trays, and just about every kind of kitchen gadget you could imagine. Very well stocked. The dining room table was large enough to accommodate 8 or more people. The owner also included beach towels which came in handy at the huge pool at the complex and at the beach. There were also some beach toys, etc., in the closet for our use. There was a large flat screen TV in the living room, as well as flat screen TVs in every bedroom (with Direct TV service). We've stayed in other units in this same complex, but this unit is the one with the best view of the ocean. We enjoyed hanging out on our balcony to have our coffee or beverage. In the evenings, we could sit and look at the stars and listen to the waves. Very relaxing. Even though this is not an ocean-front condo, it is a very short walk on the private path to the beach. We incurred no problems getting to and from the beautiful beach each day. The condo was very clean and all appliances worked like a charm. The complex grounds and pool are very well maintained. Besides going to the beach, we could walk right outside the back of the condo parking lot into a Florida state park which had lots and lots of walking paths to explore. The pines, magnolias, saw palmettos, and other trees and plants were something to behold. We definitely recommend this condo and all it has to offer. Goatfeathers is the place we go to buy fresh shrimp and have them steamed. Perfect Pig is just a few steps from the complex and has great food. We enjoy Happy Hour at The Great Southern in the town plaza at Seaside. The fresh oysters on the half shell are great. They also have many other succulent menu items. For sure, try their smoked gouda grits. Bud & Alley's in Seaside is a wonderful place to have a nice meal/drinks and watch the sunset view. Also, drive west on 30a and try Stinky's, the Vue and Chanticleer's. So many great places, can't begin to mention them all. Just an awesome vacation spot and CONDO!"

  • Gulf Front

"My two daughters and I enjoyed a long Columbus Day weekend here. Plenty of room for everyone. Publix grocery store very close by and you can walk to a wonderful bakery at the end of the street. Hard to find at night as there are no street lights and the building is behind a street front condo. Very family friendly area. We enjoyed a day trip to Seaside. Very clean apartment and beach. It is up 3 flights of stairs and 1 fight of stairs to the beach. Wonderful!"
