  • Best Location on 30A!

"Starry Nights - The ultimate in luxury and comfort! We typically stay in full-service resorts and thought we would give renting a try. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! Accessing the house was a breeze, parking plentiful, and there were so many unexpected extras; toiletries, bikes, books, videos, beach chairs, wonderfully soft towels, and even a cooler. We had one of the healthiest trips because we stayed on the Seacrest end of 30-A. Walking, swimming, biking, beach combing and running are an easy way of life. So long expensive hotel food, and hello Starry Nights. We will be back!"

  • Beautiful home for vacation and retreat

"Combined a family vacation along with a business retreat and the home served both situations great. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood--perfectly situated between Blue Mountain Beach and Seaside. Close to everything but private not to be too crowded. House is absolutely beautiful and has all technology needs and then some. Love the subtle but classy decorating style!"

  • Great Location, Nice Amenities

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waterhouse 401 was a great place to stay, conveniently located across from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The unit was very well maintained and clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the views from the 4th floor porch and liked the rooftop pool. We would recommend to others and stay again in the future."

"We stayed here for the past 2 months and absolutely and totally enjoyed our stay! This property is in a residential area that is quiet and friendly and a 6 min walk to the beach, just down the road. The waterfront street is 30A and there is a bike and walking path that stretches east and west for quite a few miles. We initially chose this property for its location: close to the beach but a bit remote from streets and noises and for the fact that it had a completely fenced yard for our dog. The house itself is a charming bungalow with 2.5 baths (on the small side) and 3 bedrooms - there are TV'S in the livingroom- the Mbdrm and in one of the other bedroom. The master is quite large and has a good king size bed. The open concept and height of the ceilings and numerous windows in the living/dining is fantastic - and brings in a very cozy and light (literally) aura to the house! It is tastefully decorated but still feel you are at the beach! Just about any amenity you can think of is provided from towels to cocktail glasses. The kitchen is a decent size with a fridge with ice and water dispensers - dishwasher, microwave and range (older model) and a VG Bravo washer and dryer. The third big plus of this property is the enclosed swimming pool which provides a daily screened outdoor space to eat, BBQ, suntan , etc... a very pleasant secondary space to enjoy during sunny days. We ate outside just about every meal we could and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The swimming pool is not heated so being there Jan and Feb we did not get to enjoy it but I expect it would be perfect in the summer. There are several shopping centres in the vicinity - but calculate @ 20 minutes by car to get to them. Golf courses are plentiful and also @ 25 -45 minutes drive. Finally, the owners are fast to respond to any question or request and very pleasant! We have already reserved for next year because we know we will not find anything remotely close within our budget! It is an A1 property and we were lucky to get it!"
