"This is my and my best friend's 3rd time to stay at 15 S. Ryan, and each time we enjoy our stay. Can't ask for a nicer house or better service from 360 Blue Properties. Seagrove is my happy place! Can't wait to see you again soon."

  • Terrific

"The house was perfect. There were 14 of us for part of the time and 12 for most of the time. The house was perfect--every bit as attractive as advertised. The adults as well as the grandchildren ages 8 to 16 loved the experience--proximity to beach, private pool and overall amenities in the house. The one observation is that 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom are woefully inadequate for a week's stay for 14 occupants. There was only 1 small bar of soap in each bathroom--presumably it was supposed to be enough for use in the shower and at the lavatory. Also, when we arrived there were no kitchen garbage bags other than the 2 in the wastebaskets and no dishrags and tea towels in the kitchen. A call to the property manager resulted in prompt delivery of a box of garbage bags and a couple of tea towels. (I discovered that there were a couple in the laundry room .) I would rent this house again, but, considering the cost of renting, I don't think it is too much to ask for more than 1 roll of paper towels and more t.p. and bar soap--a small expense for the owner and a convenience for the renter. C.A.--Houston"

  • Best of Both Worlds

"This is a lovely, cozy home steps away from the sugar soft sand with unobstructed views of the ocean and horizon. The home is well-equipped, comfortable, and includes some unique ocean-themed decorations, like a carved wooden figurehead overlooking the living area. We loved it! Our family visit began on the Sunday before Labor Day and continued through the next week. The first two days we enjoyed intermingling with the many others who came to enjoy the last few days of the summer season on the beach. It was a vibrant scene of tanned bodies of all makes and sizes, colorful umbrellas, kids building sand castles and people strolling the beach, dipping in and out of the waves. On Tuesday morning, with others returning to work and school, we found a much quieter beach scene. We dropped into a more relaxed mode as sand, sea, and sky became the focus. We spent hours sitting on the expansive deck under the shading screen overlooking this view, reading, watching sea birds soar, and pointing out the occasional boat making its way slowly across the horizon. When we roused ourselves for food or more activity, we found many good options very close by. We drove to Seaside to dine and shop, had a fun time at Kahuna's Water Park in Destin, and checked out the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall. While all was fun, the part of our vacation that will most remain with us is the relaxing view from the perch of this seaside home."

  • Seagrove Dreaming

"Stop looking for the perfect beach rental because Barbie's Beach house is just that! Barbie's Beach house is privately tucked away yet only a mere 100 yards from the ocean and located in the heart of all the best restaurants and activities located on the 30A. When you enter the property you immediately feel you are in the heart of Seaside with the watercolor turquoise and pink house paint, the cobblestone drive and pathways, and the perfectly manicured yard. My husband and I have stayed in the area for 3 years now and visit friends that stay in Seaside and Rosemary beaches; I can state with confidence that this house is more convenient, comfortable, and financially more reasonable than any of the previous homes we have stayed in or even visited; and, although the beach was populated I never felt crowded or as though we did not have any elbow room in the water and at our umbrella. Ted Densmore is first class all the way; his mission was to ensure that our stay was high quality and this was evident through his restaurant recommendations and personal accessibility when I had questions. I could write a book about the adorable decor of the home, the hospitality of the dessert upon arrival, and the perfect location but I also realize the purpose of this review is to assist the consumer with booking a home; therefore, I bulleted the main points that may be of interest to other families. 1. LOCATION! This house is in Seagrove Beach but less than a mile from Seaside, 3 miles to Watercolor, and approximately 7 miles from Rosemary. In addition to the general location the house is approximately 100 yards from the beach access which is convenient for families with young children. 2. AMENITIES; the amenities of this home are first class. There is a grill deck with a nice gas grill. There is a private pool and this was clutch with our kids. The shed has beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, pool toys, sand toys, and general supplies required for upkeep. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a bar hutch for evening drinks. 3. DECORATIVE & COMFORTABLE; the beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. There is also lots of storage space for organizing beach supplies, clothes, and shoes. In closing, there are homes designed only for "rental" and homes designed to ensure a perfect experience for a renter. It is evident Ted and his wife designed a home they love and in turn share their home so other families make memories of a lifetime. Thank you!"
