  • Awesome location

"Our stay at FishStix was perfect. The house is cute, clean, and well-maintained, as is the entire Magnolia Cottage community. This was our first visit to the 30a area and we couldn't have had a better location. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, cooking utensils etc. Best of all, being two blocks from the beach (and the opportunity to see dolphins from our beach chairs!) was super convenient to go back and forth for lunch, take a break from the sun, and simply not have to drive anywhere. We also enjoyed riding the bikes down to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach (check out Charlie's Donut Truck and Fonville Press). Plus the storage shed was full of fun stuff - backpack chairs, kids beach toys, inflatables and balls, beach cart, really everything you would need for a great beach stay (except a cooler). We flew into Panama City airport so it was important to us that the rental house included beach chairs and bikes, although we learned that you can rent all these things at a reasonable price from but it just made for an easier stay for us to not have to worry about renting beach gear. We are already looking forward to next year!"

  • Perfect location and set up for multi family vacation

"We traveled with 3 families, 11 people total, and LOVED everything about this house, the location, the proximity to beach, the private pool and more. The way the home is set up on 3 levels offered privacy to each family. The kitchen was perfectly spacious with great counter top space for preparing and eating. The living area had comfortable seating. Out by the pool they had great chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs. I could go on and on. I think our absolute favorite part of the house is the location. Old Seacrest is a great area and the short, easy walk to the beach was tremendous. I enjoyed walking down some mornings with my coffee because it was that close. Gabi and Susan were a dream to work with. Very responsive, helpful in answering questions and more. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend."

  • Gorgeous, comfortable, and wonderful views of the pool!

"Our family of five truly loved this beautiful condo!! It is in a fantastic location - overlooks the Seacrest Pool and just a few steps away. My kids (ages 9, 9, and 5) absolutely loved running and playing games on the green just outside the back gate -we could sit on the balcony and watch them play. The home is airy, full of natural light, and so spacious. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any rental property I've ever stayed in, and we loved having a full size washer and dryer to launder pool towels and suits. The beds are so comfortable and big, and the condo is beautifully decorated. So many helpful instructions are included throughout the place, and we loved having a huge garage for the car and bikes. The garage also contained boogie boards, floats, beach umbrellas and chairs, all of which were used and very appreciated. There are indeed a lot of stairs to climb to get to the unit, which really only was a nuisance when carrying up bags and groceries - otherwise, it was a well appreciated burst of exercise. The view of the pool at night is spectacular, and the Seacrest development is well laid out and beautifully landscaped. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a tram to the beach. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave! We will be back again. Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous beach home."

  • Perfect for multiple families!

"Loved almost everything about this house! It had a great assortment of bed options for our family and extended family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which we do lots of. Only strange thing was that the queen bedroom on main level had the door to the back porch in it, where it was convenient to enter with groceries and beach stuff from the cars. That left a group with constant foot traffic through their room. That was less than ideal for them. Also, the key holder was on the back porch where parking was but the key only fit the front door. We had lots of rain (no fault of the house obviously) so running in the rain to the front to unlock was cumbersome. Those issues aside, it was an awesome house with great location and amenities!!"
