  • Stylish, comfortable, and cozy rental house

"Our family very much enjoyed our stay in the house. It's beautifully furnished and updated. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were great. The house is located on a dead end residential street in Seacrest, so it was very quiet and secluded from the traffic and "busy" areas which was lovely. However, that seclusion comes at a price to easy beach access. The walk from the house to the beach access is the only thing that brings my rating from a 5 star to a 4 star....the half-mile walk up the street to and from the beach access on a hot day carrying beach gear was not ideal. However, that did encourage us to drive and explore a couple of other beaches nearby that we may not have found if we had just been able to step outside and hit the nearest beach. Overall we were thrilled with the house and would come back again."

  • Beautiful Home & Beautiful Area

"30A is the best place to stay at the beach! This was our first time to stay at the Seacrest Beach/30A area. We will not stay anywhere else in the future. This area is fabulous and very family oriented. There is so much to do within a bike ride away. We all rented bikes and rode everyday. The community was full of folks out riding their bikes. The house is gorgeous and in a beautiful community. The property owner thought of everything to make our stay feel like home. The kitchen is absolutely well stocked! There are extra sheets, bedding, pillows, more than enough towels, wash cloths...etc.... The master bedroom is huge with a covered balcony that we loved. There is also a covered front porch which we all hung out on every morning. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are good sizes. We had plenty of room for myself, my husband, 2 daughters and 2 son in laws and 3 grandchildren - 9 of us in all. This house is perfect and I am very picky. I think it is also one of the only homes in the community with a covered carport. I can't say enough about this community - and the pool - oh my - the pool is HUGE! My grandkids loved the pool. We will definitely be back!"

  • Amazing

"This house is beautiful, well maintained and made our week in Seacrest very enjoyable. The walk to the beach is a straight shot on the neighborhood road and a boardwalk, it only took 5 minutes and was very doable with two young children and all our gear. The house is 5 houses down from the pool which is nice. Everything is as pictured and we were all amazed how nice the house, community and area are. We had four adults and a toddler and infant in the house and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the screened porch in the mornings and evenings and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach. Entry to the house on arrival was very easy. The kitchen has plenty of utensils/supplies. For fellow parents of infants - the walk in closet on the second floor (the entire floor is the master suite) is plenty large enough for a pack-n-play and is heated and cooled. The location of this community is amazing. Three minutes by car to Alys/Rosemary beach and 15 minutes to Seaside. Its a 25 minute drive to both Pier Park in Panama City and Baytowne Warf in SanDestin. The only very minor negative comments we have are: The beds have plastic mattress covers on them. Understandable, but noisy. The soft, quiet, waterproof kind would be a big improvement. After arriving and carrying in our things we noticed the floor had quite a bit of sand on it from the previous renters. We swept up a lot of sand just after arrival. The house has wood floors throughout that are lovely, but during our stay we noticed that our feet were black from walking on the floors. The pool is great but unfortunately too cold to use. The temperatures reached the low 60's at night during our stay and even though the days were hot the pool was freezing. We know the community controls heating the pool, so it is out of the house's control, but it would have been nice to be able to enjoy it more. An amazing, memorable week with PERFECT weather at a great house. We'll be back!!"

  • Fun at Beach Music #5

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is great. Just a few steps for the beach. The complex has a great pool for reading and swimming or just relaxing listening to the ocean. Beaches are very clean and have trash receptacles. You can walk or bike to restaurants and a coffee shop. We did use the concierge service for the bike rentals. It was great. The company delivered and pickup the bikes on schedule. Staff was friendly and checked the condition and size of the bike."
