  • Thank you for a wonderful stay and for the opportunity to bring my fam

"This house was fabulous! All of the bedrooms have full size beds or larger (no bunk beds!) Which is what I wanted for my grown children to enjoy. We had so much fun being with each other but also having the privacy of our own bedrooms. I agree with another reviewer- the top bedroom should be enjoyed by the youngest in the bunch! 38 stairs! Counted them every trip!! 😅 But we had so much fun going to the beautiful pool in the morning and then the beach in the afternoon. If I didn't cook dinner at the house, we would just walk to one of the fabulous restaurants just steps away. We were also allowed to bring our beloved dog of 12 yrs and he quickly found he was in heaven with FOUR family members to dote on him instead of just me. The dog walk areas in the community look like the golf courses in Augusta! They're stunning! By the end of the week my family asked that we return again next year. Which I'm sure we will. Just an FYI, the community that is across the street where you will have beach access does not allow ANYTHING with wheels and there is no handicap access to the beach. The beach wagon I bought for this trip will be used for other things but my daughter is slightly disabled and the stairs at the beach were a little tough at times. A handicap ramp would have been convenient and easier for her to navigate."

  • Lovely Condo Convenient to Everything in Seacrest

"We rented Dina's lovely condominium, located on the top floor of a four story building facing the beautiful pool complex. Our family of 5 found it to be spacious and well-appointed. We had an issue with a thermostat malfunction when we arrived and Dina was instantly responsive to get it repaired. We enjoyed taking walks through the beautiful neighborhood, shopping in Seacrest and next door Rosemary Beach, and walked across 30A to the beach for relaxing afternoons and amazing sunsets! We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!"

  • Gorgeous, relaxed home in great location!

"We loved our time at this house in Seacrest! The home is near the back of Seacrest on a quiet street, perfect for our children who loved riding their bikes around. The house is very pretty and gracious, lots of space to spread out and high ceilings. The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped with everything you need and great dishes, etc. The owners were very nice, and had lots of good suggestions for bike rental, etc. Rosemary Beach and Alys beach are very close by. The Seacrest pool is fantastic as well, resort style. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to stay."

  • Perfect for 3 small families

"Amazing house for us. It is very detailed in everyway. My wife and I were blessed to find this home and we were treated very good by the manger. It is 3 stories but you dont have to use the top floor as it is more of an widows peak and playroom. I was up there more than I thought. The house became our oasis everyday. LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT 5 stars for the house The beds were very comfortable and clean, the baths were very nice, the kitchen was very usable. Living room was spread out and the photos are not as good as being there. These owners did not go cheap on anything. The grill worked for our needs outside and there were quite a few toys and beach stuff. The playpen needed small repairs but it worked for my daughter and son in law. Aside from the house, the beach access is good with the tram picking you up from 9-5 daily, the pool closes even for heat lightning, as a precaution. The city is great and has lots of options. We go to Western Panama City / Pier Park a few miles away to get food and supplies but the local small store does have everything. The bike paths and other activities are plentiful. We got to fish from the beach (farther up) and my kids rented waverunners to see the dolphins and a shark. I highly recommend venturing past the area to see the other small communities as they are nice but not Rosemary. Biking is my favorite mode of transportation. We used the path almost all the way to the Destin Outlets one day in May. Cars kind of get in the way of fun. There is something for everyone. The beach has been a problem the last few years as they have now cordoned off areas for people who dont rent chairs from the beach chair nazis. you have to walk quite a distance to get an open area where you can see the beach or you have to rent a chair/umbrella which are not that big for larger people. There are 3-4 rows of these and do take away the beauty of the beach. Non renters only get 8-12 feet between orange cones and you feel segregated in every way."
