  • Sunsplash a MUST Stay!

"We had a great week staying at Sunsplash! I would highly recommend simply because of the location to beach, pool and walking distance to Donut Truck in the morning and George's at Alys Beach for dinner. Wouldn't stay anywhere else, but the refrigerator could be a tad cooler!"

  • Our stay was fantastic!

"We had a wonderful vacation last week at this Seacrest home. It is on a quiet street In back of neighborhood but convenient to village and pool. It is unique in that it has 4 bedrooms each with own bath which is nice. Mr Lease is the most welcoming owner and lovely to deal with. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. This home will not let you down! Melissa from TN"

  • Fantastic trip

"We felt so at home at the Pink Flamingo. The first floor room was great for my parents, and all four of our kids were able to sleep on the third floor. Carole was a delight to work with and helped in every way possible. The shuttles made our trips to and from the beach easy. This was just a super comfortable house to spend a relaxing week in, and I highly recommend it!"

  • Great house for family needs, beach experience could have been better

"The house was wonderful and the location couldn't have been better in the community. The walk to the beach was short and the pool as well. We rented bikes which were wonderful to get around to the neighboring communities. The main issue to know about is the strict beach/easement rules. You MUST have your wristband to enter the walkway to the beach. If one person in the group is missing it they will not let you down to the beach. We saw this happen a lot. We also knew about no wagons before we went (thank you Kathy) so that wasn't as issue for us but it was for many other guests. The "vibe" between the security guards and those of us with wristbands seemed to be quite tense at times and made for an unpleasant experience each time we went to the beach. All to say, the beach experience was not the best we think we could have found along 30a. Kathy was a wonderful owner and we couldn't have been more pleased with the house and her knowledge. If we did decide to return to Seacrest this house would be a top choice for sure."
