  • Perfect for multiple families!

"Loved almost everything about this house! It had a great assortment of bed options for our family and extended family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which we do lots of. Only strange thing was that the queen bedroom on main level had the door to the back porch in it, where it was convenient to enter with groceries and beach stuff from the cars. That left a group with constant foot traffic through their room. That was less than ideal for them. Also, the key holder was on the back porch where parking was but the key only fit the front door. We had lots of rain (no fault of the house obviously) so running in the rain to the front to unlock was cumbersome. Those issues aside, it was an awesome house with great location and amenities!!"

  • Excellent!

"We loved every minute of our stay at this cute home in Seacrest! First and foremost, Marcy, the owner, was a dream to work with. She was extremely responsive, very flexible, and I think this was the easiest rental we have ever booked! Secondly, Noelle, the property manager, was also great and very professional. When we arrived, she was doing a final check to make sure everything was in order. I appreciated her sense of urgency as well as her respect for wanting our family to get on with our vacation. As for the house, it was perfect for our family of six. We ate in several nights, and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we needed. Having a grill was great, too. Brand new washer was super for the one or two loads of laundry we needed to do during our stay. Several afternoons were spent lounging on the front porch, just enjoying peaceful moments on a beautiful day. We loved the close proximity to the pool, the prompt tram service to and from the beach, and the live music in the village at night. It was also great having bikes available at the house for the kids to ride around the neighborhood, as well as for the adults to make a quick run to the village store for coffee in the morning. Overall, an outstanding vacation! Thank you, Marcy!!"

  • Wonderful Home for Families

"We stayed here with two teenagers and everyone really enjoyed the accommodations and had a great time. The house is convenient to the Seacrest Beach restaurant and shopping area, and directly adjacent to Rosemary Beach where there is a larger restaurant and shopping district. We enjoyed walking everywhere, renting bikes, the beach, the pool, and exploring the various communities on Route 30A. This house served us well with everyone having plenty of room, the kitchen was well appointed, and the views from the top floor was just wonderful."

  • Gorgeous, comfortable, and wonderful views of the pool!

"Our family of five truly loved this beautiful condo!! It is in a fantastic location - overlooks the Seacrest Pool and just a few steps away. My kids (ages 9, 9, and 5) absolutely loved running and playing games on the green just outside the back gate -we could sit on the balcony and watch them play. The home is airy, full of natural light, and so spacious. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any rental property I've ever stayed in, and we loved having a full size washer and dryer to launder pool towels and suits. The beds are so comfortable and big, and the condo is beautifully decorated. So many helpful instructions are included throughout the place, and we loved having a huge garage for the car and bikes. The garage also contained boogie boards, floats, beach umbrellas and chairs, all of which were used and very appreciated. There are indeed a lot of stairs to climb to get to the unit, which really only was a nuisance when carrying up bags and groceries - otherwise, it was a well appreciated burst of exercise. The view of the pool at night is spectacular, and the Seacrest development is well laid out and beautifully landscaped. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a tram to the beach. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave! We will be back again. Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous beach home."
