  • The best vacation ever

"We had the best view of the beach. Walkout onto the beach in very short time. Every morning we watch wild life from balcony.(Dolphins, sea turtles, fish & stingrays) I would go back next week if I could. Plans are in the making and we will for sure stay there!!!"

  • Loved staying at this little charmer! Great location!

"This house was perfect for our recent trip to Florida. We easily fit 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 toddlers. Right in the heart of 30a, we could ride our bikes everywhere. We were able to make a short walk with private access to the beach. The private pool was a HUGE bonus, especially with napping toddlers!! Everything was clean and tidy. Really no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful first experience to that area. We will be back!"

  • Nice stay

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 of us (two couples and a single) stayed at Husker Haven for 3 nights in October 2016. The pictures don't do the place justice, it is very nice. There is some privacy out back for the pool, which we appreciated. The walk directly across the street to the beach is easy & such a lovely beach spot. The bed in the master was very comfortable (the others said their beds were as well). The linens were quite nice. More than enough towels everywhere!! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and small appliances. Though they could use a juicer and more dish towels (as well as stocking more paper towels, it would be a nice gesture). If you were staying with a lot of folks, it would be a good space for the money for sure. The door alarm on the pool might benefit from a disarm button, but likely can't have one due to insurance or some such. It was rather annoying. The ice maker in the crows nest was a neat feature. We have one at home, so we do love a good ice maker! The road noise was a bit much at times and the outdoor decking had some nails popping thru. They could also use a few more rugs on the main floor to blunt the walking noise for those sleeping below. All in all, it was a nice spot for us. It would have been nice for the property manager to remind me when I called them letting know I was half an hour away, that it would not be ready for another 2 hours...they could be a bit more proactive with that."

  • Big family rental

"We had 18 people including kids in are group, house was awesome had no issues at all. The arcade was great for the younger kids and at night the grown ups too. Pool with the tv was nice to watch some tv and movies with the kids while in the pool. The extra fridge and freezer was great as we only ate out and once and cooked every night, great place will be staying every year hopefully"
