  • Great Family Vacation Home

"Our family vacation of three families had plenty of room in the spacious home. The upstairs family room and kitchen/dining area gave room for all the family to gather for fun and meals. The bunkroom was a hit with the grandkids and allowed them to plug in their electronics for quiet time away from the beach and pool. Our youngest grandchild had a great time in the pool. Most of our meals were cooked in the well stocked kitchen. Before breakfast was a great time to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and hear the waves. You can't see the beach but you can hear the waves along with nice songbirds to give the morning a nice start. I was concerned when I looked on Google map because of the road we would have to cross to get to the beach. In reality it's not a problem at all. The only traffic is the occasional person that either lives or is vacationing in the area. Also, there is a stop sign at the crossing that keeps any traffic slow. The crossover to the beach is private and allows easy access to the beach. The area has many activities, restaurants, and shopping. Whether you head east or west there are places to enjoy and tour from ice cream to dog races. There are activities for children and adults each month so check the tourist center for a calendar."

  • Perfect house, perfect location!

"Perfect house for my family of 11, plus a baby! 2 masters are huge! My wife and I stayed on the 3rd floor and my daughter/hubby and their 5 yr old boy and 1 yr old daughter (slept in pack and play) were in the 2nd masters bedroom. Even the queen room on the 2nd floor where my oldest son's family (wife + 2 sons) slept in was big enough to add a roll-away. The downstairs bedroom is not as big but has plenty of room for my other son and his wife. Every room has its own bathroom. The outdoor patios on the 2nd and 3rd floors have the best views in the neighborhood! Walking distance to everything in nearby Rosemary and Alys beaches. Very short walk to the beach. Comes with 5 beach chairs and a lot of beach toys for the kids! The street that this house was on is also pretty quiet even though it backs up to 30A. Would love to stay here again when we come back to this area!"

  • Perfect spot for families on 30a

"We are a boy family, meaning we are in constant pursuit of lots of stuff to do to avoid idle time (which always ends in somebody getting in trouble). And for us, this place was a perfect mix of accessibility to fun stuff and activity to keep busy boys busy. We were in walking distance of all the music, food and fun that happens every night at Seacrest Village and it did not disappoint. We were also a very quick bike ride away from the huge Seacrest lagoon pool which made it extremely nice to get down there and back in minutes when one or two of our kiddos wanted to swim instead of beach. It was also incredibly nice inside. We've stayed at other units in this building, and this one was superior. It was clean, updated and comfortable. It truly felt like home."

  • Fun and relaxing house!

"We had such a great time, and the house was the perfect fit for us. With older children, everyone had their own bed and was comfortable with the great space in the house. We want to book next year's trip to this same house as soon as possible!!!!"
