  • Excellent House

"Beautiful house with a great layout and plenty of space. Multiple generations of our family stayed at the same time and it worked out extremely well. The outdoor space made it convenient for reading, relaxing, eating, and private time. We enjoyed having access to the pool, bikes, and the beach. Enjoyed the owners unique art work on display. Puzzles, games, and children's books were also handy to have for the kids."

  • First Trip to 30A!! Great Value!

"This was our first trip to 30A, and we loved the location of our place! It was great to have a 1st floor condo, especially with a toddler. We had just enough space for the 3 of us. The condo was clean, smelled good upon arrival, and had a nice beach feel with the decor. The tram for the beach access was fast and easy. (Number is on the fridge) There were 3 beach chairs and an umbrella that we used for the beach. The two bikes that were included are so great to have. They actually both had flat tires, but we contacted Tom, and he had them fixed for us. We just walked them to the bike shop (Peddlers). We just rented a pull behind trailer ($20) for our little guy from Peddlers in Rosemary beach as well. The pool is located right outside the porch area, which is nice, but it was dirty. Recommendations: donut hole (1mile bike ride or walk) and Shades for happy hour (1/2 off apps and $1 off drinks) Thanks Tom! Erica, Brent, and Easton"

  • Loved your Place

"What a great time of year to be at your house. The weather was spectacular and the crowds light. The house was perfect for us. The large bedrooms and many baths made it a great place for a large family(heck we could have had 2 families there). We really enjoyed sitting on the decks with the nice views and taking a dip in the pool after the day on the beach. Lastly, we loved the location. You could easily walk or bike to the new HUB. It was a short drive to the west to Seaside and an even shorter drive(or easy bike ride) to the east to Allys and Rosemary. Terrific house, nice views, great location everything you need, . Thank you, we had a really nice vacation!"

  • Gulf Brees is the perfect location for a stay in Seacrest Beach

"Eight of us (four adults and four children) stayed at Gulf Brees and it was wonderful--highly recommended. The home was well-stocked with kitchen items and we were able to enjoy home-cooked meals throughout the week-long stay. It was a short walk to the beach and shops, and right across from the pool, so there was no shortage of fun activities for children and adults. Rosemary Beach shops are a short bike ride or walk away and there were some great shops there, too. One of our favorite things was to walk to the shops and listen to live music. As a bonus, there was a farmer's market twice while we were there (in Rosemary Beach) and we got some really great produce and goodies. I would recommend taking a canopy if you are not wanting to rent an umbrella/chair. We were able to set up early at the beach and venture back and forth to the house for snacks, etc. My daughter wanted me to add that the beach was amazing! Water was very clear and the girls actually saw a manatee!"
