  • The Jackson's

"Second time for us and hopefully many more in the future. Coop and Peggy are the very best! This place is as wonderful as it was last year. Everything one would need is so conveniently located. (Great restaurant's, shops and seafood) The condo was warm and inviting, had everything we needed. Beach is great also. Thanks again for letting us stay."

  • Fall break getaway

"We stayed at Sandy Craic during our kids' fall break from school. It was a family of four (two kids, 8 and 5), grandma, and an aunt. This is the second time we've stayed at Seacrest Villas and really like the community. We rode bikes to Rosemary, walked to the restaurants in Seacrest, and took advantage of the tram to the beach, which was really easy and convenient. The house was great! The space was really maximized to comfortably sleep as many people as possible - we had way more space than we needed, and were wishing we have invited more people to join us! The kids' room upstairs was key - we had some friends staying in the area who came over for a cocktail, and the kids disappeared upstairs to play Xbox and play. I would definitely recommend this home."

  • Great Family Vacation Home

"Our family vacation of three families had plenty of room in the spacious home. The upstairs family room and kitchen/dining area gave room for all the family to gather for fun and meals. The bunkroom was a hit with the grandkids and allowed them to plug in their electronics for quiet time away from the beach and pool. Our youngest grandchild had a great time in the pool. Most of our meals were cooked in the well stocked kitchen. Before breakfast was a great time to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and hear the waves. You can't see the beach but you can hear the waves along with nice songbirds to give the morning a nice start. I was concerned when I looked on Google map because of the road we would have to cross to get to the beach. In reality it's not a problem at all. The only traffic is the occasional person that either lives or is vacationing in the area. Also, there is a stop sign at the crossing that keeps any traffic slow. The crossover to the beach is private and allows easy access to the beach. The area has many activities, restaurants, and shopping. Whether you head east or west there are places to enjoy and tour from ice cream to dog races. There are activities for children and adults each month so check the tourist center for a calendar."
