  • First Trip to 30A!! Great Value!

"This was our first trip to 30A, and we loved the location of our place! It was great to have a 1st floor condo, especially with a toddler. We had just enough space for the 3 of us. The condo was clean, smelled good upon arrival, and had a nice beach feel with the decor. The tram for the beach access was fast and easy. (Number is on the fridge) There were 3 beach chairs and an umbrella that we used for the beach. The two bikes that were included are so great to have. They actually both had flat tires, but we contacted Tom, and he had them fixed for us. We just walked them to the bike shop (Peddlers). We just rented a pull behind trailer ($20) for our little guy from Peddlers in Rosemary beach as well. The pool is located right outside the porch area, which is nice, but it was dirty. Recommendations: donut hole (1mile bike ride or walk) and Shades for happy hour (1/2 off apps and $1 off drinks) Thanks Tom! Erica, Brent, and Easton"

  • A home for families of all sizes and all ages!!

"Taking a week of from the normal hustle and bustle is always something to look forward to but knowing that we will spend another fabulous week at Neptune's Retreat just makes us look forward to it that much more! We have rented this house at least six times. Sometimes with as many as five families at once. The house offers not only plenty of sleeping space but many gathering places (pool, patios, large kitchen areas and even a private gated street for skating, biking, hover boarding). The kitchen allowed us to cook many fabulous group meals, prepare lunches for beach and is so close to beach you can walk back to make snacks or drinks for beach several times during the day. We have created so many 'kid, pre-teen and now teenager memories for our kids here that it feels like a part of our family! We also try to take annual pictures on this breathtaking beach each year and what kid doesn't enjoy the freedom of biking to get ice cream or candy or mingling with other kids on the many green spaces in Rosemary or when watching fireworks at Aly's Beach! Truly a hidden gem in Rosemary Beach!! I highly recommend you book your next family vacation.... Just don't take our favorite week!"

  • Gorgeous, comfortable, and wonderful views of the pool!

"Our family of five truly loved this beautiful condo!! It is in a fantastic location - overlooks the Seacrest Pool and just a few steps away. My kids (ages 9, 9, and 5) absolutely loved running and playing games on the green just outside the back gate -we could sit on the balcony and watch them play. The home is airy, full of natural light, and so spacious. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any rental property I've ever stayed in, and we loved having a full size washer and dryer to launder pool towels and suits. The beds are so comfortable and big, and the condo is beautifully decorated. So many helpful instructions are included throughout the place, and we loved having a huge garage for the car and bikes. The garage also contained boogie boards, floats, beach umbrellas and chairs, all of which were used and very appreciated. There are indeed a lot of stairs to climb to get to the unit, which really only was a nuisance when carrying up bags and groceries - otherwise, it was a well appreciated burst of exercise. The view of the pool at night is spectacular, and the Seacrest development is well laid out and beautifully landscaped. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a tram to the beach. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave! We will be back again. Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous beach home."

  • Vacation Dreams Can Come True

"Little Reata left our family to want for nothing else! We felt like we were living in 'Pleasantville' while we were there. Everything about this vacation house couldn't have been more perfect. It was sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and ANYTHING that we needed was right there! (With the exception of a Butler named Hadley)! Don't pass this up this memory-making opportunity! You will not be disappointed!"
