  • The property was excellent, the unit was beautiful and very clean!

"The unit is decorated beautifully with such attention to detail. It gave us such feeling of comfort, yet it was glamourous! The view over the pool and out to the gulf was amazing too. The property inside and out of the condo was well maintained. While we were there we enjoyed Rosemarie Beach shops, beachfront and nearby shopping as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back and recommend this location and unit to our family and friends."

  • Love This House and Area

"This is our 3rd stay at Beach Bummin' and each trip has been fantastic! This trip was a quick Labor Day vacation and we had a great time with 4 adults and 4 kids in our group. The house is well equipped and Sandy is great to work with. Love the close location to the pool and the outdoor patio area. The house has a couple of bikes and plenty of beach stuff needed for daily trips to the powdery beaches of the Emerald Coast. Lots of fun things to do in close by Alys Beach (Charlie's Do-nut Truck!), Rosemary Beach and Peddlers Pavilion. The shuttle is super convenient and easy. We will definitely be looking at Beach Bummin' for future vacations."

  • Awesome house in perfect locationa

"This is arguably the best location within the Seacrest community. The pool is centrally located in this 500 home development and this is one of only a few homes where you can literally walk out the back door and into the pool. Otherwise in Seacrest you'll need to bike, walk or ride a shuttle to the pool. Honestly I cannot say anything negative about the home itself. We had 8 teenagers and 4 adults and there were still 6 unused bunk beds. The home was beautiful with ample space and comfortable beds. The only negatives that I will mention are the following: Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday. We arrived Saturday and both outdoor trash cans were completely full which meant we had to wait until Tuesday for trash pick up. When you have 12 people in a home, trash tends to pile up rather quickly especially since there is no community recycling. We contacted the property manager but were informed to basically wait until Tuesday. If I owned a home in this community I can guarantee you the board would get to know me very quickly because the pool staff is ridiculous. They are praying for rain to make their job easier. The slightest rumble of thunder 30 miles away or even heat lightning causes them to close the pool and evacuate the pool deck. This translates into multiple hour long pool closings daily in the summertime as summer rumblings are common and often. I'm not talking about lightning close by. I'm talking about the faint sound of thunder. It was absurd. Every day we had to get out of the pool. Our last day there I walked into the pool with a cup of water and like white on rice pool security told me I had to have my drink on the ledge. I could understand if I had a glass of red wine or a root beer float but this was literally a cup of water. I showed the guy my cup and explained it was just water but he insisted I move to the ledge. I suppose it would have been a travesty to spill my cup of water in the water. Also, the gate in the back patio of the home which opens onto the pool deck is locked at 10pm. There is a free shuttle service that will pick you up and take you to the beach and pick you up when you're ready to go back to the pool or house. You must have a wrist band to get into the pool and to the beach which is nice because otherwise this place would be overrun by people who aren't staying here. I would stay at this house again in a heartbeat but I definitely wouldn't recommend buying a house there if you're one who likes to be in the pool often."
