"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went well. It is a very nice place and this is the second time we have stayed there. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were improved - The mattresses had been replaced. However, the box spring were not and were not supportive and allowed the mattresses to sink in the middle. So the beds were still not very comfortable for adults. Other than that, no complaints."

  • The best vacation in the best house we could ask for!

"We live less than an hour away, but rented this home during our kids' spring break for the week. The home exceeded our expectations - not only was it beautifully furnished but it had all the comforts of home and then some. We cooked most of our meals in the home and found the kitchen to be stocked with every pot, pan and dish we needed! The mattresses were very plush and so comfortable and we loved that the comforters are cleaned for each guest as we are OCD! The house was spotless and still had "new house" smell. Other perks of the home were the 5 bikes that we were able to use for the week - the kids loved the bikes and were on them every second! We also loved the outdoor porches with the nice furniture - we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The Seacrest location just can't be beat with kids. We felt very comfortable letting our kids ride the bikes to the pool or to nearby Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The center of Seacrest had a lot of great and fun little shops and restaurants. One night we had pizza from "Seacrust" and it was truly some of the best pizza we've ever tasted! At night they had live music with lots of seating and even a large fire pit with benches. You call the Seacrest tram and it picks you up right at your front door and drops you off at the pool or beach - it was so easy! The beach is across the street and it was such a wide stretch of beautiful beach - you can't beat the green water and the white sand! In summary, we loved this home and it's decor and upgrades - we would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it to anyone!"

  • Beach Fun

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a generally delightful week at this vacation house. It was as advertised in terms of beds, location, amenities, etc. and was quite comfortable. The beach was very nice and very convenient. There were minor maintenance issues that were not tended to by the management company during the week, such as the water filter in the refrigerator indicating that it need to be changed. The outdoor grill had obviously not been cleaned for some time and was unusable because of that. And frankly the refrigerator is too small for the number of people the house sleeps."

  • Really great stay!!

"We recently stayed at this beautiful beach rental and as soon as you walk in the door the wonderfully decorated house invited you right in to an open layout of the kitchen dining and living area. We had plenty of room for two families and we enjoyed being a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool was only a street over and was extremely private and shaded, which we loved! The screened in back porch added a spot for us to all sit at night and enjoy the cool breeze with good conversation! Our only negatives were that the beach access was close, but you had 60 stairs to go down. This was a disadvantage since we had someone over the age of 60 with us. Another draw back was the fact that our two garbage cans outside were overflowing when we got there and never were picked up the whole time. The doors are hard to figure out how to lock (you must pull the nob up and then twist the lock) and the thermostat took a while to get to work correctly because it was on a timer. These little things were somewhat of a nuisance but would not deter us from coming back! The home is very cozy and it is beautiful. If you are looking for something close to 30a and conveniently located, this is it!!"
