  • September 2016 Stay

"This was our third year staying at this beautiful beach home for our annual girls trip. The décor is right out of a magazine and the six of us had plenty of room to feel comfortable the entire week. The beds were exceptional...so cozy! We really loved the crisp linens and took comfort in knowing that all of the bedding is laundered for each new guest's arrival. The kitchen is well stocked which made it easy to cook in a few nights. The living area was plenty big enough for all of us to enjoy a movie and the tv remote was super user friendly. (it's the little things!) The bedrooms were really spacious and each pair of us had our own bathroom. The shower water pressure was good and we never ran out of hot water. The porch was our favorite spot! Such a fun area to gather and tell stories (30+ years of friendship = lots of storytelling) It's very quiet & peaceful out there. The beach was sooo gorgeous! Wild Olives for the Friday wine tasting & live music was a big time highlight! Go! We love Seacrest!"

  • Awesome location

"Our stay at FishStix was perfect. The house is cute, clean, and well-maintained, as is the entire Magnolia Cottage community. This was our first visit to the 30a area and we couldn't have had a better location. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, cooking utensils etc. Best of all, being two blocks from the beach (and the opportunity to see dolphins from our beach chairs!) was super convenient to go back and forth for lunch, take a break from the sun, and simply not have to drive anywhere. We also enjoyed riding the bikes down to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach (check out Charlie's Donut Truck and Fonville Press). Plus the storage shed was full of fun stuff - backpack chairs, kids beach toys, inflatables and balls, beach cart, really everything you would need for a great beach stay (except a cooler). We flew into Panama City airport so it was important to us that the rental house included beach chairs and bikes, although we learned that you can rent all these things at a reasonable price from livewell30.com but it just made for an easier stay for us to not have to worry about renting beach gear. We are already looking forward to next year!"

  • Wonderful Home for Families

"We stayed here with two teenagers and everyone really enjoyed the accommodations and had a great time. The house is convenient to the Seacrest Beach restaurant and shopping area, and directly adjacent to Rosemary Beach where there is a larger restaurant and shopping district. We enjoyed walking everywhere, renting bikes, the beach, the pool, and exploring the various communities on Route 30A. This house served us well with everyone having plenty of room, the kitchen was well appointed, and the views from the top floor was just wonderful."

  • Perfect spot for families on 30a

"We are a boy family, meaning we are in constant pursuit of lots of stuff to do to avoid idle time (which always ends in somebody getting in trouble). And for us, this place was a perfect mix of accessibility to fun stuff and activity to keep busy boys busy. We were in walking distance of all the music, food and fun that happens every night at Seacrest Village and it did not disappoint. We were also a very quick bike ride away from the huge Seacrest lagoon pool which made it extremely nice to get down there and back in minutes when one or two of our kiddos wanted to swim instead of beach. It was also incredibly nice inside. We've stayed at other units in this building, and this one was superior. It was clean, updated and comfortable. It truly felt like home."
