  • Beautiful! Extremely clean! All modern appliances!

"Spent Thanksgiving here and it was amazing. We have stayed at many places on 30A and this was by far the best!!!"

  • WOW! An Amazing Experience!

"My fiancée and I could not have been more pleased with this creative, thoughtful and beautifully decorated condo. Extremely clean, comfortable bed, nice TV, well stocked kitchen area, roomy bathroom, and a patio with a great view of the pool. The complex itself is well kept and offers easy access to the room. We stayed through the long Thanksgiving weekend and there were several events (bike riding, 10k, arts festival, and a farmers market) in the area making our stay even more enjoyable. While inquiring and securing the rental of the condo, Sandie was more than helpful and accommodating in responding with helpful information. This is definitely our new happy place and we definitely look forward to visiting again."

  • Location Location Location

"We spent Christmas 2016 here at Casa De Sounion. You could not find a more perfect location. The large patio overlooks the gulf and we spent mornings over coffee enjoying the view and spent literally every evening enjoying spectacular sunsets to end the day. Miles and miles of the most beautiful and mostly empty beaches. You can walk for miles. Close to everything, but tucked back into it's own private lot it was so close to the walking and bike path. Just a short bike ride to our favorite coffee shop, Fonville at Alys Beach and tons of restaurants and shops in Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. Stephanie, the owner was so responsive if we had any questions and we felt very much at home. I will never get tired of that view!!! Thank you for a wonderful holiday."

  • Couldn't have asked for Better!

"I came here and stayed with my 3 girlfriends to celebrate my 45th birthday. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. What you see in the pictures doesn't do it justice. The owner, Julie, is wonderful to work with. Very quick to respond to any questions. The unit was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Plenty of towels, but bring your own beach towels. Linens were fresh and the beds were fantastic. I don't know what kind of mattress was in the master, but I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home, and I slept great on this one. Not typical for a rental, so very pleasant surprise. The kitchen is well equipped. And has a Keurig, which was a blessing for us four spoiled moms who all have one at home! The owner provides a couple rolls of paper towels and toilet paper. Hand soap and bath soap are also provided. In the kitchen you will find Cascade, trash bags and Windex. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay! Oh, and Seacrest Beach can't be beat. The only time we got in the car was to go to Publix to buy food and supplies. We walked to dinner every night , and enjoyed the live music across the street. And eat a Crabby Steve's! It's the hidden gem of High Pointe!!"
