  • Our stay was fantastic!

"We had a wonderful vacation last week at this Seacrest home. It is on a quiet street In back of neighborhood but convenient to village and pool. It is unique in that it has 4 bedrooms each with own bath which is nice. Mr Lease is the most welcoming owner and lovely to deal with. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. This home will not let you down! Melissa from TN"

  • Perfect beach vacation home w/ every detail covered!

"We had an amazing time at High Cotton. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable and so close to the beach, restaurants and shops! It was nice to be away from the busier "downtown" areas yet close enough to get to anything you need via bike - we didn't have to drive the whole weekend! What really made the trip extra special was the time and effort Alice took to provide detailed information on anything we would need - from instructions on how to work the TVs to directions to the beach to recommendations on restaurants to a check out list. All of the details and amenities we could want were provided. We were so comfortable and relaxed the whole trip. We will definitely look to High Cotton for our first choice if we visit the area again. Thanks for a great trip!"

  • Great Family Vacation Home

"Our family vacation of three families had plenty of room in the spacious home. The upstairs family room and kitchen/dining area gave room for all the family to gather for fun and meals. The bunkroom was a hit with the grandkids and allowed them to plug in their electronics for quiet time away from the beach and pool. Our youngest grandchild had a great time in the pool. Most of our meals were cooked in the well stocked kitchen. Before breakfast was a great time to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and hear the waves. You can't see the beach but you can hear the waves along with nice songbirds to give the morning a nice start. I was concerned when I looked on Google map because of the road we would have to cross to get to the beach. In reality it's not a problem at all. The only traffic is the occasional person that either lives or is vacationing in the area. Also, there is a stop sign at the crossing that keeps any traffic slow. The crossover to the beach is private and allows easy access to the beach. The area has many activities, restaurants, and shopping. Whether you head east or west there are places to enjoy and tour from ice cream to dog races. There are activities for children and adults each month so check the tourist center for a calendar."

  • Another amazing stay in this unit!!

"We have stayed in this condo 4 years straight. It is a very practical and functional unit that has everything you could need or want. The owner keeps it well maintained and very updated. My family loves staying in it. High Pointe Resort is an awesome resort within walking distance to everything! Crabby Steve's restaurant and bar which is on the property is a family favorite. I highly recommend this unit for a family vacation!!!!"
