  • A wonderful quiet beach setting

"7 Palms Unit #4 offers a great combination of feeling like you are living in the tropics, with a lush green backyard, and having the nicest beach in the USA 60 seconds away on a private boardwalk. Our unit was very clean and very efficiently designed, allowing for activity going on downstairs while quiet sleeping is going on upstairs. There are two large decks, covered parking, a private backyard sitting area and much more. The beach area is primarily single family homes to the east and a large wildlife lake area to the west, so it's hard to believe the beach would ever be remotely crowded. Seagrove Beach and Rosemary Beach are both less than 10 minutes by car, or a quick bike ride, so lots of restaurants, shopping and activities are close by. This area is super bike friendly for all ages. It's a great setting. We hope to come back again."

  • Perfect for multiple families!

"Loved almost everything about this house! It had a great assortment of bed options for our family and extended family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which we do lots of. Only strange thing was that the queen bedroom on main level had the door to the back porch in it, where it was convenient to enter with groceries and beach stuff from the cars. That left a group with constant foot traffic through their room. That was less than ideal for them. Also, the key holder was on the back porch where parking was but the key only fit the front door. We had lots of rain (no fault of the house obviously) so running in the rain to the front to unlock was cumbersome. Those issues aside, it was an awesome house with great location and amenities!!"

  • A home for families of all sizes and all ages!!

"Taking a week of from the normal hustle and bustle is always something to look forward to but knowing that we will spend another fabulous week at Neptune's Retreat just makes us look forward to it that much more! We have rented this house at least six times. Sometimes with as many as five families at once. The house offers not only plenty of sleeping space but many gathering places (pool, patios, large kitchen areas and even a private gated street for skating, biking, hover boarding). The kitchen allowed us to cook many fabulous group meals, prepare lunches for beach and is so close to beach you can walk back to make snacks or drinks for beach several times during the day. We have created so many 'kid, pre-teen and now teenager memories for our kids here that it feels like a part of our family! We also try to take annual pictures on this breathtaking beach each year and what kid doesn't enjoy the freedom of biking to get ice cream or candy or mingling with other kids on the many green spaces in Rosemary or when watching fireworks at Aly's Beach! Truly a hidden gem in Rosemary Beach!! I highly recommend you book your next family vacation.... Just don't take our favorite week!"

  • Wonderful upgrade

"We stayed at Gritz Carlton immediately following its recent upgrades, and the house was amazing! Decor was amazing ~ perfect for several couples or a large family ~ incredible location that was convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants and shopping ~ we never got in our cars once we arrived, nor did we need a bike or golf cart the whole trip...the pool was Huge for what you would expect for the area- extremely private. Kitchen was perfectly equipped, & grilling area was awesome!! . Everyone had plenty of space and privacy in the house ~~ the beach was beautiful and not overcrowded at all ~~ we will definitely be back at the Gritz Carlton soon!!"
