"House was very clean. Could use a TV Guide to tell what stations they have. I really enjoyed my stay here at Seacrest."

  • Beautiful home in a great community. Everything is at your fingertips.

"Fantastic property! the house was beautifully appointed and perfect for our stay. The three masters were all beautiful. The multitude of beds made it possible for our group of 18 to sleep comfortable under one roof on our trip. The community was wonderful. Everything you could want is a bike ride away. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the free trolley to the pool and beach was a lifesaver. The beach was beautiful with a great atmosphere. There are many great restaraunts close by in the front beach area, we recommend shuck'ems."

  • Great Place to Stay on 30A !

"My husband and I along with two other family members stayed at "Coop" Cooper's condo for the first time this year for Spring Break. We will definitely be back!!!! We wanted a place to stay on one of the beaches of 30a and didn't want a high-rise or need a big, expensive house. This condo fit the bill and more! In fact, we had friends who rented a big house in one of the "exclusive" beach communities nearby and they were jealous of our views, access to the un-crowded beach, the privacy of the small condo complex and overall awesomeness of the unit itself! We loved the location ON the beach side of 30a. An adorable little back yard and row of shrubs are all that separate you from the dunes and beach . There is a convenient boardwalk and stairwell at the end of the small complex that leads directly to the beach. Speaking of the beach it really felt like our own private beach. We went during the height of Spring Break and never felt like it was crowded at all. The house itself was immaculately kept with obvious recent upgrades. The beds were VERY comfortable. It had everything you might need whether you are staying a few nights or a week or more. It even had a set of 4 beach chairs. The gas grill was a plus as well! To top it all off it is pet friendly. We will definitely stay here next time we come down to 30a! The ONLY drawback for this unit is if you have a mobility issue. There are a lot of steps to get down to the beach and both bedrooms are on the second floor. This was not a problem for us, but may be for someone who is elderly or has difficulty with stairs."
