  • Just Perfect!

"We just spent the nicest week here. We were worried about the recent Hurricane and how it would affect our time in Rosemary Beach. Luckily, we only experienced a couple days of rain. We were also pleased to see the crowds dissipated after Labor Day. The condo is well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings up-to-date, right down to a charging station for all of our electronics. Having the beach chairs and umbrella along with the convenience of the tram made it easy to spend time on the beach. The whole complex is wonderful, well-maintained and quiet -- just what we were looking for. This is the perfect getaway for a couple."

  • Nicely upgraded with excellent shower and beach unbrella & chairs provided

"No TV guide or use instructions for TV & DVR...no clock or radio in bedroom...kitchen utensil draw not fully accessible...ice maker too slow...deck chairs sit too low to view over railings...LR sofa slopes to the inside middle...satellite TV out on Thurs PM through Saturday with no follow up call back from local RE office after notification. We brought 7 DVD movies and watched them all."

  • Plug and Play!

"First, the house is true to its description and Sandy is reliable and easily reachible, if you need her (we didn't, but she made sure to check that everything was ok and we knew how to reach her). We (3 adults) travelled with five children between the ages of 6 and 11. What we liked the most about the house was that we could all fit comfortably withouth being stacked on top of each other. The adults could have an area of the house and the kids another. The bunkbeds found in the hallway between the upstairs rooms were a hit for the younger kids. Nevertheless, they are big anout to fit an average size 10 year old kid, and they are so much fun they will be happy to be stationed there. The second best feature was that, although it is a crowded area to vacation, the community is tightly and neatly arranged so the kids can safely walk to the pool or nearby (1 city block away) shops. Lastly, there is a major grocery store (Publix) only a 10 minute-drive away which makes grocery shopping easy and for the same price of at home (if not better)."

  • Vacation Dreams Can Come True

"Little Reata left our family to want for nothing else! We felt like we were living in 'Pleasantville' while we were there. Everything about this vacation house couldn't have been more perfect. It was sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and ANYTHING that we needed was right there! (With the exception of a Butler named Hadley)! Don't pass this up this memory-making opportunity! You will not be disappointed!"
