  • Wonderful Vacation

"I spent a week at Blue Lagoon in early August, 2016. The house is beautiful, clean and welcoming. It was perfect for my my husband and I and our two boys, (17 and 10)...however there would easily have been room for at least two more people. The walk to the beach is short and the pool is right around the corner. The area is so friendly and safe that I felt comfortable allowing my boys to ride bikes to the town center at Seacrest and Rosemary. Cheryl was great to rent from and very responsive to any messages! We would definitely stay here again!"

  • Great Beach Vacation

"My family and I just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. It is beautifully decorated and has everything and more that you could want. It is the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. The beachfront view is wonderful. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The owner was great to work with and obviously takes pride in providing her guests with a fantastic property. The only minus is that the beach access is shared with a large complex across 30-A so it can get very crowded. However we definitely recommend this condo and look forward to returning in the future."

  • ETM

"Great House!!! Location is perfect. Corner lot gives more privacy. Easily walk to shops and restaurants with nightly live music in the Peddlers Plaza. Easy bike ride to Rosemary and to Alys beach for donut truck and splash pad for kids. Very kid friendly house with games, puzzles, high chair and even a toddler bike. Kitchen was well stocked with kid's dishes and cups. There was a new grill that worked great. Everything you need to cook. TV's in every bedroom. Kids loved the bunk room. Decor is very nice and house was clean. We will definitely try to stay here again."

  • Beautiful Home in the Beautiful Community of Seacrest! We LOVED it!!

"This was our first experience booking through VRBO/Dune Allen Realty and I was a little nervous about choosing a home away from home on the internet with just pictures....but we were pleasantly surprised and very happy that the pictures of this home were exactly what we found when we arrived! This house fit our family needs great with the 4 bedrooms and the extra 3rd floor bonus room was definitely a great room to have for all the "young adults" in our group! We were a party of 12 (3 families) plus an infant and we had plenty of space! The open concept 1st floor kitchen/dining and living room was the gathering place most evenings. The master suite on the 2nd floor was nicer than the 1st floor master suite in that it had a whirlpool tub and a walk in closet, which the 1st floor Master did not have. The two queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor shared a full bathroom and the bonus room on the 3rd floor also had a full bath. The community of Seacrest was awesome! This house was located on a quiet dead end street so we did not have a lot of traffic driving by. There was parking for one car out front and parking for two cars out back. The house was also just a short 5 minute walk (3-4 short blocks) to the Seacrest Community Pool entrance. There is also the free shuttle tram you can hop on. We LOVED the pool and would stay in this area again because of the pool and the close location to many other 30A communities ! The beach access was a little further walk (or shuttle tram ride). Seacrest Beaches access point to the beach was down quite a few stairs to a very populated part of the beach. We ended up choosing to drive to a different public beach access further east that was less crowded and easier to get to without stairs. We rented a double decker pontoon boat with slides and a jet ski in Panama City Beach one day and had a great time hanging out in the shallow water by Shell Island. We swam with the dolphins at Marine Gulf World which was pricey, but a highlight of the trip. We ate at some great local restaurants...LaCocina, Pizza by the Sea, Seaside Food Trucks, Shades. We had a great time in this family centered community in our beautiful home away from home for the week. We would highly recommend this home and this community of Seacrest for a wonderful vacation on the beautiful beaches of 30A."
